Illy Cafe In Roma

€12.50 for a cappuccino, maritozzi and a cornetto nutella. Not bad. But if you go on a cafe a stones throw from Trevi fountain and expect it to be dirt cheap you’re probably brittish. Or delusional. Or probably both. The cappuccino was great! Illy caffe is one of the best brands mainstream coffee. The Maritozzi was fantastic with the right flavour and texture and the cornetto with nutella slight crispy, tasty and nice. so yes. It cost more than other places but if you’re going here for a cheap experience why are you in Rome anyway?

Great Maritozzi, a Roman specialty, and the best cafe crema that we had in Rome. We made a special trip from the other side of Rome on our last day there just to get our Maritozzi fix.
