When I come to Cortina I always have the habit of eating here... for the goodness of the dishes, the kindness and courtesy of Sara*****'s 5-star service and the welcoming atmosphere... but then what more can I say... "seeing is believing" cit. Jerry Calà.

The food was delicious, and for Cortina, the price was fair. The space between tables is very narrow, and you don't know where to hang your jackets. Also, considering the Olympics, they should be more careful. It opens at 12:00 and quickly filled up because the competitions started at 2:00. You can't turn on the heating at 12:00. The dining room wasn't ready either. I'd definitely go back.

The service is very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is cozy and elegant – the perfect place for both a romantic dinner and a get-together with friends. I was particularly impressed by the spaghetti carbonara – perfectly al dente, with a creamy egg and cheese sauce, and a distinct flavor of guanciale and freshly ground pepper. No unnecessary additions, just like a traditional Italian recipe – exactly how a true carbonara should taste. Unfortunately, the server was overwhelmed. We had to order a bottle of water three times, and in the end they tried to charge us for two. The bill was corrected without any argument. The food was okay.

After an argument that unfortunately got off to a bad start due to a misunderstanding, I was contacted by the owner. Everything was resolved politely and with a desire to resolve the situation. I highly recommend Il Vizietto.

03/01/2026: A little corner in the heart of Belluno, with good service and a variety of snacks, and a well-stocked wine cellar. The cicchetti offer is a 5-star rating, including some noteworthy improvisations by Walter. A refreshing break from the hustle and bustle, between a cicchetto and an "ombra," refreshes from daily stress. The atmosphere warms the spirits, embodying in a simple yet genuine and human-scale way (contrary to the current digital transhumanism) the sacred hymn "carpe diem," which needs to be renewed as often as possible.

15/12/2025: Excellent brewery with delicious traditional dishes. Worth a stop before reaching Alleghe.
30/11/2025: In keeping with the famous brand, the Centenario beer reigns supreme. It's more of a restaurant than a brewery. The staff is young and multiethnic. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, but in the end, you end up spending more than a business lunch. The cover charge isn't like a brewery, but like a restaurant, and the traditional cover charge would require bread or breadsticks. You can easily spend over twenty euros... I've been back, and now they bring bread with the cover charge, but—I'm not so lucky—I paid double for the polenta instead of four. Terrible value for money.
