This is a stunning and atmospheric place with wonderful music and people. It’s a pleasure to touch history and discover the city in this way. A must-visit during your stay in Florence.

A charming restaurant with a charming setting and excellent service. However, the quantities don't match the prices. The same goes for the food, which isn't the best in town, and for €14, the pasta with ragout was served like a school cafeteria meal. I don't recommend it.

The decoration atmosphere is very retro, the environment is elegant, and it has a history of over a hundred years. The only downside is that the T-bone steak is a bit small and I didn't eat it to my heart's content

We ordered the Tortelli with beef ragu with their house wine from the barrels, both were delicious. The service could be better, the waiters were not as warm and took a while to take our order even though we were one of two tables at that time.

You know how sometimes you walk into a restaurant and KNOW you're in for a treat? This was one such place.
A small menu which avoids most of the common dishes other places offer, in favour of a more curated and unique offering of dishes.
We tried the aubergine crostini, quail and zucchini flower risotto, and pork and spinach roulade. We damn-near cried while eating.
The location was beautifully dark and aged, with tables that looked like they'd seen centuries of use and plates stamped with the restaurant's name. Soft jazz in the speakers. Quiet clink of dishes.

Extraordinary restaurant to enjoy a good dinner, slightly away from the center, worth the walk to eat there. Excellent service and very tasty food.
