One of the best grill restaurants we've ever tried! Super fresh, top-quality meat, grilled according to Sammichele di Bari tradition. The bombette, sausage, and other truly spectacular cuts of meat. Friendly service and a typical Apulian atmosphere. If you love meat, you absolutely must come here.

The pork leg and caramelized onion were a pleasant confirmation, and this time the icing on the cake was a fabulous stone-grilled steak. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place, the meat is top quality including the appetizers including caramelized onion, carpaccio and bruschetta, dried tomato and stracciatella, the quality of the meat is unmatched, the owners Franco, Lella and Domenico are fantastic

After a couple of meat-based evenings, we returned to Vignale for Sunday lunch, and it lived up to expectations. I share my experience. They also resolved the dog issue, as I had booked but forgot to inform them of his presence. They explained that they usually check to make sure no one has allergies or "incompatibilities" with animals. Aside from the delicious ash-fried potatoes, which we had already tried in the past, we ordered caramelized onions and French fries, before focusing on the meat we had ordered from the butcher upon arrival. We shared among five people the various classic bombettes, breaded, with pistachio and speck, livers, zampina wheels, and finally a tagliata, medium rare, very tender. Meanwhile, a heifer steak on hot lava stone passed before us, destined for the next table, which we looked at with regret. I'll be back for it! Excellent value, I recommend it, it won't disappoint with its excellent, no-frills quality. We also found friendliness, but evidently it also depends on how one relates to others.

We had lunch here today and couldn't have chosen better. The food was excellent. The potatoes under the ashes were simply delicious; they took us back to when our grandparents used to prepare them this way. The meat was delicious and of high quality. Thank you.
