We stayed a week in Stresa and almost every evening we went to dinner at Vicoletto. Friendly and attentive service, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, excellent and very well-prepared cuisine. The dishes were always prepared with fresh ingredients and were also carefully presented. Compliments to the chef and the service in the dining room.

- great Italian trattoria - small card and you taste the fresh ingredients - very nice and flavourful food - such a friendly service (we went there the day after as we needed a toilette and they recognised us and offered us a coffee for free) - I recommend the vitello tonnato and the fish of the day We will come back! ❤️

Another holiday in Stresa and this time it was only a two-year break. The first dinner was of course at il Vicoletto and, of course, we were completely thrilled again. The food and service are simply fantastic. Eating with friends and having fun! Consistently very high standards for years, for us the first address in Stresa and far beyond! Moni and Max and their team are simply the best! Don't forget to reserve!!!

03/06/2025: we had lunch on Sunday 1st June in 4 people. The environment we like, clean, tidy, informal. The owner was very kind and helpful. antipasto for 4 with the addition of a taste of creamed cod and polenta, everything excellent. Then we took two first courses and two second courses that we tasted and it was all delicious. We had promised ourselves not to take the dessert but then we gave in to the bonet and the fioca. I won't tell you what they are, go there and try them. A beautiful Sunday. Highly recommended.
06/05/2025: Truly a great discovery! Ate a spectacular gricia, Roman tripe and local cured meats, in an atmosphere from times gone by.
