Vorrei segnalare questo grazioso ristorante nel centro di Alessandria, cibo veramente ottimo, ambiente raccolto ed intimo, proprietario che ti accoglie con gentilezza e simpatia, cosa rara oggigiorno!
Piatti ben presentati e che rappresentano la tradizione alessandrina, raro trovare un ristorante che coniughi ottimo cibo e simpatia del proprietario, complimenti!
Ritorneremo sicuramente.

We ended up there by chance yesterday, during a trip to Alessandria. The food is excellent, traditional dishes and some innovations. Excellent food, refined presentation, the joking owner immediately puts you at ease... in short, it's been a while since we ate so well in a restaurant. Super super recommended!

Siamo stati a cena ed eravamo titubanti perché mai provato, ma alla fine ottima scoperta. Ma partiamo dall'inizio menu stagionale con tre/quattro portate per tipologia: antipasto, primo e secondo. Menu a parte per specialità al tartufo anche in questo caso 4 piatti. Carta dei vini locale molto selezionata e ricercata. Abbiamo assaggiato tagliolini al tartufo e due secondi tagliata e lumache e due dolci. Tagliolini da orgasmo! I prezzi del menu variano da 12 a18 euro mentre le specialità al tartufo sui 25 euro che rispetto al prezzo dei concorrenti è più che ottimo. Top in Alessandria! Senza olio di palma 😀

small, intimate, beautiful, you drink well, you eat great and you spend the right amount. I won't dwell on the descriptions... I'll just tell you that the last time, the revisitation of the mixed boiled meat, "the accommodated boiled meat" was a memorable dish. desserts are a great temptation even for people like me who don't usually eat them. highly recommended!
