"Countryside" restaurant... Don't think about coming to eat etnochic! Here, we cook and eat like heroes! Amazing homemade first courses (excellent ravioli), excellent meat cooked to perfection on a majestic open grill. Special mention for the scamorza, never banal in the various flavors!

The restaurant is typical of a village, with a large fireplace and a beautiful veranda overlooking the valley.
I have to say the food is good:
Simple appetizer but you can eat it
The homemade butter and sage ravioli were very good (even in the filling), the only flaw was perhaps a little too much water pushed out of the ravioli which makes a puddle with the butter.
The scamorza cooked on a spit over the grill is excellent.

Today we ate at Verrecchiano. Very happy, fresh products full of flavour. Kindness of the staff and affability, like going to eat with friends but with professionalism and the right distance. I'll be back as soon as possible

Valerio the owner is a cheerful person and transmits his cheerfulness to all the staff, the dishes vary between polenta, pasta and chickpeas or fettuccine with wild boar, and the various cuts of meat, scamorza made on the grill in many varieties.
What can I say, fantastic, we will be back.
