We had a truly wonderful time! The food was excellent, from the appetizer to the first course to the main course, all cooked to perfection. The place has a special charm: we went in August, and thanks to a sudden thunderstorm, there was a fireplace lit where the meats were grilling… the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, truly charming.
The service was efficient and courteous. My only complaint was one waitress who was a bit shy and couldn't bring herself to smile, but it was clear that it was shyness, not rudeness.
In any case, an excellent experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!

I had lunch today with three friends.
2 appetizers
4 pappardelle with wild boar
4 mixed roasts
3 side dishes
2 tiramisu
2.5 liters of red wine
4 bottles of water
3 coffees
2 digestifs
€48 per person
A bit pricey...but the food was excellent.
And anyway, prices in Carsoli, Tagliacozzo, and the surrounding areas are like this...everything has gone up, like the price at the supermarket.
And we'll be back anyway...

A small-town trattoria, but it's no slouch compared to more renowned restaurants. The atmosphere is casual, but the food is superb, and the service is top-notch. A bit far, but worth the drive. The pasta e fagioli is divine.

Le fettuccine ai porcini precotte no, non me le sarei mai aspettate... per niente...la cicoria congelata e ripassata in padella no... non me la aspettavo per niente...l'acqua sfusa 2 euro a caraffa non ci credevo...il coperto ( carta ) a due euro e cinquanta a persona anche no. Spiacente per la recensione poco gradevole ma se si fanno decine di kilometri per un pasto conviviale di tipo rurale non è questo ciò che ti aspetti. Complimenti per il griglista , persona di grande dovizia ed attenzione.

Today I returned to the places of my summer holidays when I was a child.
I had lunch in a spacious restaurant with a beautiful view. Healthy, well-cooked food. Excellent service.
