Il Vecchio Torchio In Roma

Last Friday, a group of old friends and I spent a lovely evening at Vecchio Torchio. The pinsa were excellent, well-cooked and carefully garnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the place was well-maintained and clean. Highly recommended.

A well-maintained and welcoming venue. An excellent choice for a dinner with family or friends. The ingredients are excellent, and it's always worth planning ahead to enjoy a pleasant evening with friends and great food.

A pleasant, quiet restaurant with very friendly staff. We had two perfect Roman first courses, flavorful and with just the right creamy sauce.

I always go to Antonella and Nadia's; they're delicious... the food is exquisite, as if it were cooked—WELL—at home; low in fat but flavorful; the menu is always changing; the place is clean; if you want to eat as well as at home, it's worth a detour!!

We really enjoyed the pinsa with rocket, bresaola and parmesan, fragrant and well prepared. The place is welcoming and the service is kind. However, we would like to point out that the gricia seemed not very tasty, with a guanciale that did not enhance the dish as we expected. We believe that improving this aspect could really elevate the overall experience. Average prices, with service and cover charge not charged. There is a simple and pleasant atmosphere, which immediately puts you at ease.

Ottima esperienza... Trovato per caso attafbwrco) attraverso Google maps, di passaggio lungo la via Ardeatina... Locale molto curato, grande scelta di piatti sia di terra che di mare.. Pizza cotta nel forno a legna... Noi abbiamo assaggiato un fantastico antipasto misto di pesce al quale metto il massimo delle stelle! Ottimo soute di cozze con crostini di pane buscato... Tonnarelli con vongole veraci fantastici! Tutto cucinato con pochissimi grassi e soprattutto piatti non coperti dal troppo sale... Molto delicati con il profumo del mare! Prezzi concorrenziali! Super consigliato! Noi torneremo per assaggiare le tante proposte... Promosso a pieni voti!
