Il Vecchio e il Mare In Trani

In summer "il Vecchio e il Mare" becomes the final location in Trani where you can end the evening or even more so where you can experience the beginning of the disco night. That it isn't a dance floor can be seen from afar. So the music floats, but no one dances. The location would be beautiful if it were instead dedicated to intimate or business dinners, as the layout of the tables, tables and stools is well thought out. How soft and trendy is the lighting of the place. In reality there is already a restaurant just a stone's throw away, of the same name and expensive. This then becomes the place for young people, for those who always follow the trend of the moment, a place where they can meet, "pose", where they can "be there just to appear", where they wait to enter even for two hours (sic!) standing, on the initial part of the eastern pier of the port. To then sit at the first free tables. Nothing to complain about the place, with the sea on the side crashing on the cliff and it's all an excellent view. But it is the intended use that is perhaps not appropriate. All personal opinion

The aperitif at Vecchio e il Mare is a must in Trani! ☀️ The location is unique, directly on the sea. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service impeccable. In addition to the classic cocktails, I really appreciated the selection of local wines. The appetizers are varied and tasty, perfect to accompany a good glass of wine. An experience to repeat!

Siamo stati qui il 12-08-24 e mentre passeggiavamo per il Fortino di Sant’Antonio, appena abbiamo attraversato l’arco dal lato del Molo di Sant’Antonio siamo rimasti allibiti dalla bellezza del posto che ti ritrovi proprio di faccia. Non ci siamo fermati perché avevamo appena finito di mangiare ma dall’altissima presenza di persone siamo convinti che sia un ottimo posto dove trascorrere un po di tempo in una compagnia giovane e raffinata. Consigliato Ciao da Roby e Lucy da S. Anastasia(Na).

Was ein Ausblick auf's Meer ..... schöne Aussengastronomie. Man muss wissen, dass es dieses Lokal gibt oder man hat es vom höher gelegenen Park aus gesehen .... dran vorbei laufen, tut man nicht. Gegessen habe ich nichts, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen, das was ich aber gesehen habe, sah sehr gut aus. Toller Platz zum entspannen.
