15 minutes from the campsite (hu Firenze), arrived here via the cycle path along the river. The friendly English-speaking service helped us perfectly. Food was delicious and good value for money. The bistecca fiorentina was recommended and tasted very good. See pictures

Buon antipasto della casa ed arrosto misto con ottime patate al forno. Il proprietario ed il cameriere gentilissimi. Vista la calura estiva siamo stati sistemati all’interno del locale. Da tornarci.

After 10 years, we visited Florence again and of course ate at Vecchio Cigno again. It was perfect this time too. Beautiful table in the garden, top service and a wonderful meal. We will eat here again next time we are in Florence. Absolute recommendation!

Bread was stale. Starters okay, pasta okay, fiorentina steak an absolute disaster. The house wine was absolute garbage, however the other (more expensive) options were great. First time I have seen limoncello being served with ice, and we had to pay for it, even. Mediocre service, where the waitress would rather go around clearing tables than attend to us. Zero feedback or help on the steaks, they just rather avoided the matter altogether. Be aware that the menu and prices on here and on the website don't match with the actual menu.

Fantastic Tuscan food, good prices, professional and kind waiters. Air-conditioning inside and garden in the shade right beside the Arno. Walking distance from the camping. We loved it.

A primo acchito il posto sembra buono ma all interno il locale sarebbe da svecchiare … personale che non parla bene l italiano e sicuramente poco preparato . Disponibilità comunque buona , il cibo : primi buoni ma un po’ salati, secondo grigliata di carne non all altezza. Dolce un po’ stucchevole. Prezzo finale nella media. Nel complesso un sei meno…

23/08/2024: A truly unique place. Great service, great drinks. Despite the proximity to the center, the prices are very reasonable. Just go 100 meters from the main trail and you have a great place to relax😉
20/08/2024: Found this little 💎 off a mai street in Florence. Decent food, good prices and excellent service. Made all the family feel really welcome. Excellent place for a pit stop.
