Today in the enchanting Turin we found ourselves by pure chance at the restaurant trattoria Salento "IL TRULLO", what can I say? Which was a pleasant surprise where it will surely become one of my favorite trattorias because when you find a unique environment, staff at the tables that enchant you with what they recommend and at a certain point you also feel pampered, all good specifically the legendary Sara Sara same name same sympathy since they served me I have to say 100 100 🔝🔝 plus the availability of another excellence named Anna I just have to say 1000 times thank you. And then I do not forget the chefs truly refined and tasty dishes true magic for the palate ... I highly recommend trying.

Ambience that recalls the trulli. Everything was good except the breaded and fried anchovies that were too dry, but it still deserves 5 stars overall. Kind and helpful staff.

We went to Il Trullo in Turin tonight for a family dinner and we were really satisfied. The place is very beautiful, well-kept and welcoming, perfect for spending time together in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
Even though it was Saturday night and the restaurant was full, the service was fast and attentive. We ate very well: every dish was tasty, well presented and full of the authentic flavors of Apulian cuisine. A big compliment to chef Andrei, who with passion and skill gave us a truly special dinner.
A successful evening in every way, with good food and excellent company. We will definitely be back! 🤍

Appetizer: baby octopus with an Oscar-worthy sauce
Tagliolini with shrimp,
yellow cherry tomatoes and pistachio grains... delicious
