The environment is a little anonymous, little "Puglia" is perceived, sufficient service, certainly improvable, given that when I went for dinner there were 3 tables, the food could also be improved, I expected flavors more consistent with the place, nothing to say about the quantity of the dishes.

Finally, after several attempts, we manage to try this restaurant with Apulian-style food.
The place is a little sacrificed but compared to other restaurants you can talk at the table. I found it not very personalized compared to the name it bears but it is still welcoming.
We decided to taste some dishes and so we chose the most characteristic ones, the Apulian focaccia, the caciocavallo pursa with fassona tartare and the country terrine. The focaccia is really excellent as is the terrine, the broad bean cream is really good. I found the caciocavallo purr good but not exceptional, the tartare better. We then took two first courses off the menu, strascinati with black cabbage cream, prawns and stracciatella, these were really excellent. To finish we tasted polette and bombette. Good.
All washed down with a Negramaro. On this I feel like expressing an opinion that I now have on too many restaurants. The cost of the bottle is truly disproportionate. Perhaps restaurateurs could review these price lists a bit.
Sweets. A pasticciotto with cream and black cherry and the Apulian tit. The pasticciotto was good, the "tit" pastry was a little rubbery while the cream was very good.
Account chapter. Let's say it's normal even if the wine weighs more than the food. At the checkout you pay what comes out, not even 0.50 discount, but it's fine anyway.
Restaurant worth trying again, perhaps on the themed evening that they organize every now and then with the "pizzica pugliese".

Tagliolino with octopus sauce as well as their meatballs.
The menu is varied and satisfies everyone.

A few steps from the center of Turin you can taste typical Apulian cuisine.
The gourmet focaccia and dough were delicious and the portions are generous. Excellent quality and the first courses were all delicious and well prepared.
The only flaws: the friselle were soft, and then there was no beautiful Apulian girl in the room.

I had dinner at Trullo with friends and we had a great time! The gourmet focaccia and dough were delicious and the portions are generous. Excellent quality and the first courses were all delicious and well prepared. I highly recommend it for eating with friends in a typical and pleasant environment!
