Excellent restaurant. I have been a tour guide in Puglia for eight years and I can confirm that it is one of the best restaurants in Alberobello. TOP the broad beans with chicory!

Externally, a truly suggestive location inside four trulli from the 1400s.
Classic interior, however very welcoming and always suggestive thanks to the structure of the trulli. A sore point for the toilets that really need renovation.
Traditional Apulian cuisine, wide choice on the menu and also excellent wine list. I must say, however, having tasted an appetizer and a first course while my boyfriend a second course of meat, we were not particularly impressed. All good, but not worthy of note.
Excellent sweet wine list and desserts.
Quite good value for money.
I would return perhaps more for the location.

Very good food. We had pasta dishes (tomatoes/mushrooms and fish).
Expensive: €59 for 2 people for 1 glass of wine, 1 pasta dish, and cutlery.
The setting is very pretty in a trulli.
However, the service wasn't great; nothing was requested after the main course, and we waited 30 minutes without anyone asking us for anything, so we left without having dessert, which was a shame.

Very nice location participated in 4 restaurants. 4 steps from the center in a real trullo. The food is served with fairly well-finished plating, you find many typical Apulian products obviously. Strong flavors for some courses sometimes can not always please but still there is taste and the raw materials are of excellent quality. I would go back also the service was very good and a round of applause for the desserts.

Un’istituzione di Alberobello. Bel locale, curato e accogliente, servizio gentile e accorto, menu’ giustamente ristretto di tradizione, prezzo corretto. Continuate cosi, nessun motivo per cambiare.

Bravo Borghese ad averci fatto conoscere questo ristorante. Location spettacolo e personale molto cortese. Da provare il maialino con crema di zucca! Super raccomandato se siete ad Alberobello
