Unfortunately this restaurant does not live up to the expectations created by reading online reviews. The environment is certainly well-kept and the staff are friendly and helpful, but everything seems a bit pretentious without really leaving its mark. The dishes fall into the mediocre quality bracket, offering nothing memorable. Considering the prices, which are quite high, the quality-price ratio is not satisfactory. It's not a terrible experience, but it's not one you'd want to repeat either. If you have alternatives, they might be worth exploring.

Bravo Borghese ad averci fatto conoscere questo ristorante. Location spettacolo e personale molto cortese. Da provare il maialino con crema di zucca! Super raccomandato se siete ad Alberobello

Absolutely promoted. The dishes offered are traditional ones but with a touch of modernity both in the composition (and therefore less rustic to the eye) and in the dosage of the ingredients. As a first course I tried the white broad bean puree with chicory and Apulian bread wafer, while as a second course I tried the pork fillet cooked at low temperature with pumpkin cream and vincotto. Both delicious and abundant enough to justify the price, not very low but not as high as many tourist restaurants in the area. The restaurant is located right inside a trullo, a further reason to recommend this experience in the full atmosphere of Alberobello. Very attentive and punctual staff, although the waiter assigned to me almost didn't look at me due to the rush to serve me the dishes (perhaps due to the room being full).

Beautiful place in a characteristic trullo, not far from the main street. Excellent food, I especially recommend the mixed starter, fair price.
