On Saturday 23 November 2014 we went to dinner, my son and my husband, we ordered a first course of fish and two second courses of fish with chips. After a very short time they brought us the chips which, while we were waiting for the food we ordered, naturally got cold, so we sent them back to the kitchen and told the waiters to bring them back warm if possible with the main courses. Then finally after a long time they brought me the pasta and I had to eat alone, because the second courses hadn't arrived yet. Once I finished eating my first course, the second course finally arrived with the famous chips and I watched my friends eat. We raised the issue with the waiters who apologized and told us they had had problems with a new chef in the kitchen. Furthermore, the place was cold and I had to eat dinner wearing my jacket.
