Welcoming atmosphere, very kind and helpful staff. We enjoyed the dinner very much; we spread out our dishes to sample and share multiple dishes.

The place is under the new name Garage. The staff, the waiter Federico, is very friendly and helpful. All the food and drinks are very, very good. Prices are normal. I recommend.

Really great food and drinks, steak Beef - top 👌, cypress salad, roasted vegetables and potatoes, really fresh and delicious. Staff very friendly. Thanks Federico for all the recommendations 🙏🙏🙏

The spot it’s al about location, you get a lovely view of the street and get to relax a bit, it was cool and comfortable despite the summer weather. Food was okay but nothing special.

The food was average. I’ve been there with my family and we were semi satisfied. But there was a waiter, Frederico, who was so nice and really good at his job! He really made us enjoy our experience there!!!

My husband and I went to this restaurant yesterday. You can get good Spitzes for €5, and it's right in the center. The waiter, Frederico, was very nice and took good care of us.

We had a great experience at this place! We ordered a Limoncello Spritz and a Hugo Spritz – both were refreshing and well prepared. The location is perfect, with a really nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy your time. The staff was very friendly, and I’d like to give special recognition to the waiter Malik for his excellent service. Highly recommend!

A very nice Aperol Spritz and 'ok' tomato bruschetta. Bread was a bit dry and overall flavour could have been better - a little more seasoning, a few drops of a balsamic glaze or garlic infused olive oil would have a lot of difference. I was a bit surprised by the price. Despite being there for happy our (6€ spritz), a special board showing wine, bruschetta and lasagne for €15 and another showing spritz plus bruschetta for 9€ (with 3 bruschetta showing on picture), I got charged 13€ for a spritz plus 4 bruschetta pieces. I strongly recommend asking about price before you order!

In questo ristorante ho assaggiato una meravigliosa bistecca alla fiorentina con patate, carne tenerissima e cotta alla perfezione....sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della mia cena!!!

06/11/2025: Otel offers several evenings throughout the week, but I especially know it for Sundays, when the venue transforms into a hub for Latin American lovers in Florence. Salsa and bachata nights are where it really shines. The venue is large, spacious, and well-organized, perfect for dancing without feeling cramped. Before the evening begins, there are almost always short salsa or bachata workshops, a great way to warm up, learn something new, or simply break the ice. The music selection on Sundays is always well-curated, with a good balance of salsa and bachata that keeps the energy high throughout the evening. The atmosphere is welcoming and diverse, with people coming both to dance and simply to enjoy a different kind of evening in good company. The bar service is excellent, and the prices are in line with the type of venue. A plus is the option to spend the entire evening in the same complex: you can have a simple and informal dinner at Terrazza Martini, right above the Otel, and then head downstairs to continue the music and dancing. Very convenient and without having to move. Overall, the Otel's Latin Sunday is an excellent choice for those who want to end the week with an evening full of rhythm, movement, and energy. 💃🕺🔥 Recommended for Sunday salsa and bachata lovers.
