Absolutely unbeatable location in Florence. Very upscale with a great breakfast. Be forewarned they will attempt to nickel and dime you. Our breakfast was included and the wait staff brought fried eggs for my wife, but then charged my daughter's scrambled eggs as an omelet with toast. They did this twice. Our room wasn't ready until 5pm, which was inconvenient. Also the maid threw away fresh pastries we had left in our room. We only got an apology from the front staff later. The gym is not open at convenient times. Still, this place is perfectly located and the rooms are gorgeous with very high ceilings. Ideal if you can get a street view. Will absolutely go back.
