I can only give it a full, positive review, given the quality and, above all, the simplicity of traditional cuisine that nourishes and satisfies the palate without burdening traditional dishes with concoctions and embellishments. The treasures of traditional dishes always consist of simple ingredients, cooked in the traditional way. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming.

A good place to sample traditional Maremma cuisine. No one dish particularly stood out to me, but they were all essentially good. Perhaps a little salty, for my money. I think tagliatella goes better with pigeon sauce than picio. The tortello had a good ragù, but you could taste a lot of nutmeg and not much ricotta, and the pasta was salty... reasonable prices.

Stumbled upon it by chance while traveling. Pleasant experience. Very vintage, authentic Maremma place. Excellent and distinctive dishes. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.

28/10/2025: Lunch only. Excellent food, reasonable prices, great service. And not to mention the clean bathroom.
04/10/2025: Look no further. First time I tried raw shrimp with burrata and with pasta butarga. This was divine. Bonus point: get the apple cake. Everything just perfect.

05/08/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by nature. We had lunch and they gave us all excellent local and home-grown products! Wild boar ham, salami, cheese, tomatoes! Everything was excellent and the waiter Alessandro was very kind and very nice!! Highly recommended!!!!
