Excellent restaurant. We celebrated a birthday and occupied the entire place, which is usually closed for Sunday lunch. The food is good, and the atmosphere and service are up to expectations.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't know this place, but... the review isn't biased. I came alone for dinner because, in my opinion, the dishes are well-balanced in quantity, just right (I don't eat much in the evening), and tasty. The cuisine features local products and is masterfully prepared by a chef with many years of experience... there's plenty of photos, and I'm no expert at photography. The dining room is very spacious and nicely muffles the din of the fully-filled tables. The service has greatly improved: fast and precise. Ask the owner about the dishes, which he carefully describes. I hadn't been here in a while, but they've expanded the wine list. I read that someone commented on the price; it's certainly proportionate to the effort put into the dining room and kitchen, and the consistently excellent quality of the ingredients. One small weakness, being almost central to Frascati, is that you're either very lucky to find a parking spot right under the restaurant, or you can walk a hundred meters or so. Three people in the dining room and three in the kitchen on a Friday night ensure attentive service and speed. I've been going there for years, and overall, my opinion hasn't changed. I still recommend it.

Magnificent experience.
Excellent cuisine and a sophisticated and surprising vegetarian selection. The dish that impressed me most was the pumpkin and porcini crumble: superb!!!
I was very pleased with the selection of wines from Lazio and local wineries. I tried a rosé from the cellar shared between the restaurant and two other establishments: rustic yet captivating notes.
The price for dinner for two was €120: 3 appetizers, 1 first course, 2 second courses, 2 desserts, and 1 wine. I found it to be fair considering the quality of the food and ingredients.
I'll gladly return!

It's a fine restaurant. Some dishes were delicious, like the savory cheesecake. I wasn't so impressed with others, like the pasta with anchovies and lemon. There are a few vegetarian options on the menu. There are more inviting terraces in Frascati.

Excellent food! An experience that satisfies all the senses... and one you can repeat every time you return! Quality, locally sourced, seasonal products, and everything handmade... even the bread! Hurrah for the appetizers (I order at least three!) and the desserts... the brioche with SLURP ice cream!!! A much-loved new addition!!
