Entrati su consiglio di altri ristoratori. Una volta accomodati inizia il racconto della ristorazione e dell'esperienza che ci aspetta. Esperienza che parla di ricerca delle materie prime, accuratezza nelle selezioni degli ingredienti e del vino. Cucina semplice ma mai banale, anzi. Il locale è confortevole ed il personale accogliente. Il menù è interessante e le portate molto buone. Tuttavia diverse cose mi hanno lasciato insoddisfatto: l’acqua (solo liscia dal rubinetto) aveva un pessimo sapore. Il tavolo era appiccicoso, cosa che ho trovato sgradevolissima. Le portate dei primi davvero esigue (5 tortelli contati). Il conto finale davvero esagerato rispetto alla qualità dell’esperienza vissuta. Un vero peccato. Non ci tornerei.

I tell you that I don't eat anything from the marine world... for the rest I tasted all the dishes of the 10 of us at the table. Excellent flavours, vegetables like you haven't eaten in a long time! Even the most obvious dessert (bread, butter and jam) was created to perfection. Enjoy your meal!

Many dishes out of the ordinary and tasty. Wine expert recommends the most suitable one. The desserts are good and although under common names, they are also particular.

I would be lying if I said I didn't know this place but ... the review is not biased, I came alone for dinner because in my opinion the dishes are balanced in quantity, fair (I don't eat much in the evening) and tasty. A cuisine with local products and masterfully prepared by the chef with many years of experience ... there is no shortage of photos and I am not an expert in photos. The room is very spacious and muffles the noise from the completely full tables well. The service has improved a lot, quick and precise, informed about the dishes that the owner knows how to describe carefully, I haven't been here for a while but they have increased the choice on the wine list. I read that someone commented on the cost, it is certainly proportionate to the effort in the kitchen and in sourcing the always excellent quality raw materials. A small weakness as it is almost central in Frascati or you are very lucky to immediately find a parking space under the place or you just have to walk a hundred meters. Three people in the dining room and three in the kitchen on a Friday evening ensure attention and speed. I've been going there for years and overall I've never changed my opinion. Recommended, still today.
