It's a fine restaurant. Some dishes were delicious, like the savory cheesecake. I wasn't so impressed with others, like the pasta with anchovies and lemon. There are a few vegetarian options on the menu. There are more inviting terraces in Frascati.

Excellent food! An experience that satisfies all the senses... and one you can repeat every time you return! Quality, locally sourced, seasonal products, and everything handmade... even the bread! Hurrah for the appetizers (I order at least three!) and the desserts... the brioche with SLURP ice cream!!! A much-loved new addition!! ... Where else do you find a place like this? Right?! 🤪

Siamo stati a cena al Torchio di Frascati e abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Il manzo di tonno era spettacolare – tenero, saporito, ben presentato – e l’acquacotta ci ha davvero sorpresi: semplice ma ricca di gusto, un piatto creativo e a for poco squisito! Il posto è molto accogliente, curato ma senza essere troppo formale, e il personale è gentile e disponibile. Si respira passione per la cucina in ogni dettaglio. L’unico appunto (che ci ha un po’ spiazzati): non servono acqua frizzante, solo naturale. Non è un dramma, ovviamente, ma in un ristorante così buono ci si aspetterebbe anche questa possibilità. Detto questo, torneremo sicuramente. Merita davvero! 👏🍽️

The experience was great. We went for lunch on a Sunday with 7 people. Even though it was very hot inside we had a great time. The atmosphere is very familiar and there is a feeling of peace and tranquility. The food was excellent. I recommend the beef tuna (it is beef in a jar with oil and bay leaves served with special vegetables)! The desserts are also very good. The wine list is long and the wines are also described with details of how the grapes were treated and other information on the techniques to obtain the wine.

16/11/2025: This restaurant truly surprised me. There were five of us, and the waiter added another table. He welcomed us with a smile and a genuine desire to please. The waiter was attentive, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. The dishes we chose were very good; I highly recommend it.
