Il Torchio In Colle di val d'elsa

The best pizza we have had in 2 weeks travelling Tuscany and for an amazing price as well. Service is okay, not super enthusiastic, maybe because our Italian is not good and we had to speak English 😬. Looks like the locals/Italian speaking guests were served very warmly. In any case it was still friendly and quick enough.

we were at this pizzeria yesterday and as always we ate very well! The dough is light and fragrant, cooked to perfection in the wood oven. The ingredients are very fresh and of excellent quality, with tasty and well-balanced combinations. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. I highly recommend trying it.

We've traveled a lot to different regions of Italy, but this was our first time in Tuscany. This was the first time we had a pizza that was truly delicious and very reasonably priced. They also have a delicious vino della casa (house wine). We will definitely come back here during our stay in Tuscany! The conditions are also super nice!

The ambiance was very pleasant, the food was perfectly acceptable for the price, but nothing more. The staff was unmotivated. They also didn't respond to the tip. The restrooms weren't clean.

Characteristic environment, very good pizza dough, and quality ingredients. We only took white pizzas. Good value for money. Satisfied

Durante un week end nella Cal d’Elsa ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo splendido locale e da buoni Campani non possiamo non fornire una recensione eccellente per la pizza (la vera pizza napoletana), e per il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Se dovessimo tornare in zona torneremo sicuramente.

Booked a table for 2 on The Fork with a 50% discount, spent €56. Would you have ever paid, without the discount, €112 for an appetizer, two mixed fish grills, a rum baba (very good), two half glasses of house white wine and a coffee? I really don't think so. Instead I believe that the 50% discount was simply ignored. Someone on The Fork should keep a watchful eye on such abuses which are systematically repeated. Sin
