Locale bellissimo. Atmosfera amichevole in un ristorante nel quale si è cercato di ricostruire un ambiente rurale. Staff cordiale e veloce. Nota di merito per il pizzettaro che di fronte ai clienti si destreggia nel preparare la vera pizza napoletana. Ottima l'idea di posizionare il forno a legna e il tavolo delle preparazioni nella sala interna, visibile agli ospiti. Qui si può mangiare la vera pizza napoletana nella val d'elsa. Ingredienti di prima scelta, lievitazione e cottura permettono di gustare un'ottimo piatto rimandendo leggeri. Consiglio la specktacolare. Pizza rossa con speck e burrata. Ques'ultima non è taglaita a pezzi ma lasciata al centro della pizza cosi da poterla degustare in parte sepatamente. Anche i primi piatti sono molti buoni, semplici ma efficaci. Buona scelta delle birre e dei vini.

Pizza tasted very good, friendly staff. Went here for dinner three times within a week. On weekends you should reserve in advance as it is quite busy. We were lucky that the staff gave us a table even though everyone was marked as reserved

Nice and welcoming place, kind and professional staff, we ordered 3 pizzas and finally ate the Pizza with a capital P, excellent dough, excellent and tasty ingredients, both the burrata, the buffalo and the fior di latte came from the places of production, that is, Campania, and they enhanced the flavor of the dough. Excellent for people like me who love to eat Neapolitan pizza. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

Pizzeria Il Torchio is one of the better pizzerias in Colle Di Val D'Elsa. The pizzas are freshly prepared with good quality; they are not dry in the mouth and have an excellent taste. Other dishes for which an order can be placed include fries or meat. As for the fries, they are prepared with clean fat. However, one drawback to this side dish is that it is very salty. Nevertheless, the fries are still edible; the salt doesn't make it that bad to eat. As for the meat - with the 'chicken cutlet' as an example - it is deliciously prepared. The piece of chicken gives a delicious taste in the mouth and is definitely worth ordering again. What can be concluded from the service provided in the restaurant is that it is more than adequate; the staff generally provide their service with a smile and it is noticeable that the team is close together, which creates a nice atmosphere in the restaurant itself. What more can be said about the atmosphere in the restaurant is that the pizzeria, for example, is nicely decorated and it also feels like a good, professional restaurant when you sit inside. Of course, this assessment is subjective and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but this pizzeria is highly recommended to a Dutch tourist.
