We enjoyed a spa treatment that left us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. A peaceful, modern, and romantic establishment. Courtesy, kindness, and helpfulness are some of their strengths; we will definitely return.

We stayed to take advantage of one of those gift boxes, staying one night, including a (good) dinner and using the spa (Turkish bath, sauna, whirlpool, sensory shower, and herbal tea room). Not a bad experience. Nestled in nature with a lovely panoramic view, a small private parking lot, and welcoming staff. It's a shame we stayed in winter, so we couldn't use the pool and outdoor areas.

Read my review, it'll be helpful. I purchased a Smartbox package with the intention of a short getaway, taking advantage of the spa and dinner package. I found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful, with two truly kind and cordial people, and an overall pleasant dinner. The facility is pleasant, however, being a 4-star hotel, it could use more staff. I mention this because we entered the dining room for dinner and waited 20 minutes for the staff to arrive. But as I said, the dinner was truly enjoyable. The rooms were adequate. The Rituals products in the bathroom were appreciated, a detail that enhances the experience. The breakfast, while good, was a bit limited for a property of this category, with a selection that didn't meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. The spa experience was extremely disappointing and ruined my stay. Francesco, the spa attendant, was rude, unprofessional, and unsuitable for his role, with openly derogatory attitudes toward Smartbox guests. We were guaranteed an exclusive 40-minute spa experience over the phone. After a delay of over an hour and a half, we were called down and informed only on site that we could only enjoy 20 minutes of spa time due to the presence of another couple. The claim was that Smartbox guests are not entitled to exclusivity, a complete contradiction to what was previously communicated. Added to this was the excessive heat, which made the experience even more unpleasant, with no attention to customer comfort or even the slightest attempt at an apology or resolution. It is deeply disappointing to see such a central service managed so sloppily and with disrespectful attitudes. A facility of this caliber should review its organization and the professionalism of its spa staff, as incidents like this negatively impact the overall image of the resort. So, in short, if you're going there to relax at the spa, avoid it.

A fabulous end to the year, three days that marked a satisfying end to 2025. Excellent cuisine, and not just for the New Year's Eve dinner, with dishes prepared beautifully and served by extremely friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and a varied breakfast.
