My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property. The room was spotless and spacious, the staff was impeccable, ready to handle every request. Dinner, if I could, would give it 10 stars... it was amazing, with a seafood menu. And finally, the icing on the cake was a pampering experience (the spa is on site) that my husband and I treated ourselves to. Gianluca, our masseur, was fantastic and pampered us the entire time... The facilities are fantastic. But the staff is unfriendly, and the breakfast is terrible: the space is too small to access things, the coffee machines don't work, and the bread is from the day before. For the staff and the breakfast, I give it a low rating.

Overall, the property is nice but poorly maintained. Parking is practically nonexistent. Breakfast is adequate. Honestly, it doesn't deserve 4 stars.

Three days of complete relaxation at this property. The pool was spotless, as were the rooms and all the hotel areas. Extremely friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. I would only recommend creating a proper bar area next to the pool to make the most of this service.

A truly well-made hotel! The rooms are a little dated but very clean, the pool is well-maintained, and the pool attendant, Gerardo, is extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. The main problem I noticed, however, concerns this last employee. My wife and I needed to open an umbrella around 12:40, but when we went to the pool counter, we found no one. Shortly after, having opted for the Light Lunch option, we found the same pool attendant in the dining room waiting tables. We didn't recognize him at first because he had changed. In fact, 10 minutes earlier, we had rightly seen him in a T-shirt and shorts, and later in a shirt, tie, and long pants. He explained to us that from 12:30 to 2:30, he was supposed to be in the dining room, thus leaving the pool uncovered. It's incredible that a 4-star hotel doesn't have a permanent waiter in the dining room. Aside from this major shortcoming, I'd like to compliment Gerardo on his good manners, as he's very formal even in situations like this, which I understand can be very difficult to manage. Kudos also to all the other employees, waiters, receptionists, and housekeeping. I hope you read this review and resolve this issue.

A well-maintained and well-kept hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff: the value for money is truly unbeatable. The pool is crystal clear and perfectly maintained, the rooms are meticulously designed, and the resort, immersed in nature, offers an oasis of peace and tranquility. Furthermore, the uncrowded environment makes the experience even more relaxing. During my stay, I even had a car breakdown, and finding myself alone and without a clue, the entire staff went out of their way to help me resolve the issue with kindness and helpfulness. This is precisely what makes the VEA Resort special: not just the splendid pool or the well-maintained and clean rooms, but the humanity and flexibility of the staff, rare and precious qualities. Special praise goes to the owner, always present and attentive, who leads an exceptional staff. In my opinion, this property deserves an A+ for every aspect. Highly recommended!

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, and the shower faucet was broken, which could have been easily repaired. Breakfast wasn't particularly varied, but based on our experience in Italy, breakfast isn't good. Music played by the pool until midnight, even though no one was there, but with the windows closed, you can't hear it. Nice view from the pool, beautiful hills. The hotel isn't centrally located, so a car is necessary. We were only there for one night.

Negative experience... we stayed for two nights but from this year the access to the swimming pool was separate even for the hotel guests for a fee 🤮 to avoid

Beautiful resort, relaxing spa, good food, and a pool with both sun and shade. However, a light lunch service, also available poolside, would be preferable. Otherwise, exceptional, even in terms of hygiene.

Very dated rooms, need modernising in areas like the bathroom. Thin walls and could hear neighbouring rooms. View was nice over the mountains and pool area was clean. Breakfast was good
