At Tiranno in Syracuse, chef Valentina Galli's cuisine is striking for its originality, balance, and refinement: each dish is a surprise, meticulously crafted and full of personality. The service lives up to the culinary offerings: the staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, making every guest feel special. It has now become a regular event for my family and I every time we find ourselves in Syracuse. An experience that never disappoints, to be enjoyed over and over again.

We opted for the discovery menu, a true culinary journey orchestrated by the chef, course after course. Each plate was a work of art, as beautiful as it was delicious, showcasing local produce enhanced by masterful technique. A particularly appreciated touch: the team contacted us in advance to inquire about any allergies or dietary restrictions. This rare attention demonstrates the seriousness and care taken in welcoming guests. The service was impeccable, discreet, professional, and warm. The setting is elegant without being stuffy, perfect for fully savoring the moment. A remarkable address that we unhesitatingly recommend to all food lovers seeking authenticity and creativity.

I only came to Il Tiranno Caportigia Restaurant for the breakfast buffet, but it was excellent and high quality. They had a huge range of options, including including eggs, pancakes, waffles, meats/cheeses, pastries, fruit, and so much more. I ate so much and really enjoyed my meal. The waiter was also very friendly and attentive. I could tell this restaurant is higher-end and a great place to dine.

Se siete alla ricerca di un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile,consiglio vivamente Il Tiranno; l'ambiente accogliente,con luci soffuse e musica soft,il personale,cordiale e attento,creano un'atmosfera perfetta,intima e rilassante. Il loro menù offre una deliziosa selezione di piatti che soddisfano gusti e preferenze diverse,tutti sapientemente realizzati con materie prime di altissima qualità e ingredienti freschi,ricercati. La cura per ogni dettaglio, dall'entree,che stuzzica le papille gustative e l'appetito; il pane,"fatto in casa",fragrante,delizioso,profumato; i dessert,un'esplosione delicata di sapori e colori, esalta l'armonia e la passione nella realizzazione di piatti che stupiscono,incantano e avvolgono. Davvero una meta imperdibile per tutti gli amanti della cucina.

Che dire! Mancano le parole per descrivere questo ristorante! Avevamo già visitato la cheffina Valentina Galli in occasione di una serata degustazione dove ci siamo trovati divinamente con la sua cucina, esperienza esaltata dal particolare che la mia compagna è vegetariana e la chef ha ideato un menù alternativo ad hoc. Siamo tornati a cena volendo provare la carta liberamente e non ci ha deluso! Impeccabile, squisito ma l'esperienza inizia già apprezzando la bellezza dei piatti, arte a tavola. Torneremo sempre a trovarla!

The dishes are good, the raw materials are excellent. Formal but not excessively affected environment. Perhaps the dishes lack that wow factor, but certainly an excellent dinner. It's a shame we couldn't have the tasting menu, which is served to the entire table and not to a single guest.
