My experience is very particular: I came from a trek on the great ring, I found myself between a leaning house and a ruin a splendid starred restaurant, which had sprung up out of nowhere! I can't review the menu because I haven't tried it, but I can say that the chef, seeing me seriously tried, gave me a fantastic sandwich with ciauscolo! Of a unique kindness and this is certainly a splendid premise for everything else! I will definitely be back as a regular customer! Thank you again!

Il Tiglio is a restaurant where you can breathe an air of tranquility, the senses are sharpened to grasp every single nuance of every single ingredient that makes up that precious work of art created by the starred chef Enrico Mazzaroni, the attention to detail and the hospitality of the room, they are maniacal to the point of making you feel like a prince. Thanks for the fantastic experience, see you soon.

An experience worth a trip! It's not the first time and it's always a place where you return with enormous pleasure. The environment, the warmth of the staff, the very original and delicious cuisine… We just have to go!

I traveled more than 500 km just to return to Tiglio, which I had discovered by pure chance during my holiday on the Sibillini 5 years ago (the first holiday with the man who later became my husband): it was such a surprise that we fell in love with it (it didn't yet have a star at the time), and since then it has entered our hearts. Returning there was a unique emotion, which did not disprove one iota either the memory or the very high expectations we had. The Tiglio experience (because we are talking about pure Experience) is worth the trip! Highly recommended.

Menù vasto e portate di qualità. Difficile alzarsi da tavola con appetito!! Personale cortese e veloce. Andremo spesso al Tiglio.

An experience worth doing at least once, better if two, three, four...! All very good and balanced, you can see a lot of research and study behind every dish offered. Impeccable service, very good and kind chefs and collaborators, helpful and friendly dining room staff. I absolutely recommend it and....see you soon Tiglio!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

24/08/2024: Location: super, la piazza è sempre molto affascinante Servizio (gentilezza, velocità e cordialità dei camerieri): ottimo, avevo letto recensioni che criticavano il livello di sevizio, io ho trovato solo personale gentile e garbato Pizza: media, personalmente l ho trovata secca; quella al prosciutto crudo era una margherita con sopra 3 fettine scarse di prosciutto Prezzo: medio; le pizze non care ma coperto a 2,50€ mi sembra tanto
