A temple for foodies!! Everything was perfect, from the rooms to the dinner, not to mention the breakfast! The hospitality was wonderful, considering we were traveling with a child, and they truly made us feel at home! Thank you, we'll be back again and again.

First time at a Michelin-starred restaurant: a sublime experience. Everything was delicious; we were amazed by the combinations and the sophistication of the products. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. We'll definitely be back ❣️

A simply unforgettable stay. We chose this property partly because it welcomed the dog of the couple of friends we were staying with. And while we felt welcome from the moment we booked, I must say that our expectations were not only confirmed, but far exceeded: during the tasting dinner, she was pampered with biscuits prepared by the chef himself, a gesture that struck us for its delicacy and attentiveness. The staff is highly trained, yet welcoming and approachable: we felt like special guests without ever feeling overly formal. The cuisine is an extraordinary journey of intense flavors, bold and surprising combinations, a true sensory journey that brings technique, passion, and so much creativity to the table. We were also thrilled with the accommodation: well-kept rooms with splendid views and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the little gems like the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, but above all the peace and tranquility that permeates every corner of the property. The setting is magical: a hamlet of Montemonaco, at the foot of Mount Sibilla, a small, unspoiled gem. Time seems to slow down here, with the locals tending the garden and welcoming you with a sincere smile, making every conversation a pleasure. Everything is clean, tidy, and lovingly cared for. We were captivated by this place, which offered us a complete experience, combining nature, relaxation, excellent cuisine, and a warm welcome. We'll be back soon, certain to relive the same emotions.

I received a lunch for two at Il Tiglio Restaurant in Montemonaco as a gift for my birthday. Never was a gift more welcome! It was a truly unique experience! We ate wonderfully; the dishes were very unique, including some daring combinations, but they were perfectly balanced! We also ate a lot, and we left happy and satisfied. Looking at the online menu, I can say that the price is definitely justified by the quality of the ingredients, the planning, and the execution of the dishes, which are sometimes quite complex. I recommend everyone try an experience like this at least once in their lives. If we could do it more often, it would be fantastic. A lunch to remember!

We only ate at the restaurant. The entire menu was excellent and top-notch. Some of the dishes were truly incredible, like the porcini mushroom dessert. The service was attentive, precise, and very friendly. The price (€80 with wine and water) was reasonable for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Highly recommended.

My wife and I went for lunch and we ate really well. The food was very good and well presented. The place and the service were well looked after, waiters were helpful and very professional. Perfect quality/price ratio! I highly recommend it to everyone!
