Il Tiglio In Biella

We wanted to "switch off" and by staying at Tiglio we couldn't have made a better choice!! The rooms are mini apartments, well heated, clean and equipped with every comfort that I have rarely found in other farmhouses. We had dinner at the restaurant where the children were pampered from every point of view both with the superlative food and with Gianluigi's friendliness. For us adults, dinner was a real journey from the aperitif to the dessert, a discovery of superlative flavors and combinations, excellent wines, impeccable service. The simplicity of the chef is unique, every now and then he approaches the table to ask how things are going and on this occasion he let us choose breakfast for the morning. Here too, a note of merit for a simple breakfast, made up of very fresh, high quality local products. In short, we are really satisfied, we will definitely return in the summer....the only thing we haven't tried yet was the swimming pool 😊!!

Very interesting, tasty dishes with studied pairings that satisfy the palate. The chef owner of a unique empathy, who asks you questions to know what and how to improve. Impeccable service, presentation of the dishes with details, cleanliness of the place top. A more than pleasant surprise. I recommend it

5 stars for the flavors of the entire lunch except for the dessert (but tastes are always a personal matter). The reserved and efficient service with a really nice chef, often in the dining room. Excellent internal location, the outside certainly enjoyable in summer. Too bad it's really in a beautiful place, but... decentralized, very decentralized!

Everything was splendid and cared for, down to the smallest detail, very refined food combinations. Thank you for this beautiful experience and trip made on my birthday.

There is really little to say given that it is a restaurant whose fame precedes it. We stayed at the facility at the beginning of June, taking advantage of the dinner+bed+breakfast package. An oasis immersed in tranquility on the slopes of Mount Sibilla. Moving on to dinner, the entrances were impeccable. They then followed traditional and non-traditional dishes in which it was really difficult to find faults, furthermore some dishes such as the one with coconut foam and garam masala transported us distantly to other cultures and flavours. Very good breakfast. We will return for sure. Thanks to Enrico and all the guys on the staff.

Nice experience. Very welcoming restaurant, perfect for enjoying a dinner in peace. Tasty dishes well served on the plate and at the table. Caring and never intrusive staff. Excellent value for money. We'll be back

Sono stata in questo agriturismo con la mia famiglia Domenica scorsa, il posto lo conosceva mia cugina(è stata lei a portarci) e devo fare un'ottima recensione, posto eccezionale si è mangiato benissimo e sono stata servita veramente molto bene essendo celiaca mi hanno preparato il pane fatto in casa veramente buono e ho avuto anche l'occasione di portarmi la pagnotta a casa😁 ho potuto mangiare praticamente tutto dagli antipasti al dolce compreso! Mi hanno anche proposto di prepararmi la pasta senza Glutine ma ero gia piena😁Servizio eccellente sempre attenti e disponibili e chiedevano se volevamo fare il bis ! Veramente complimenti sicuramente da ritornare! Lo consiglio vivamente!! Grazie 😊🤝
