I received a lunch for two at Il Tiglio Restaurant in Montemonaco as a gift for my birthday. Never was a gift more welcome! It was a truly unique experience! We ate wonderfully; the dishes were very unique, including some daring combinations, but they were perfectly balanced! We also ate a lot, and we left happy and satisfied. Looking at the online menu, I can say that the price is definitely justified by the quality of the ingredients, the planning, and the execution of the dishes, which are sometimes quite complex. I recommend everyone try an experience like this at least once in their lives. If we could do it more often, it would be fantastic. A lunch to remember!

We only ate at the restaurant. The entire menu was excellent and top-notch. Some of the dishes were truly incredible, like the porcini mushroom dessert. The service was attentive, precise, and very friendly. The price (€80 with wine and water) was reasonable for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Highly recommended.

We had an unforgettable stay at Tiglio, a starred restaurant that offers much more than a simple dinner: it is a journey through flavors and beauty.
The dinner was excellent, creative, elegant and full of flavor. Each dish was cared for in the smallest details and surprising in the combination of flavors.
To make everything even more special, the atmosphere of the place: refined, well-kept and welcoming, in perfect harmony with the landscape that surrounds it.
Il Tiglio is located in the middle of the mountains, in a truly magical place, where silence, nature and beauty completely envelop you.
We slept in a beautiful apartment, with access to the sauna and Turkish bath located outside, in an area dedicated to relaxation. A detail that we loved so much!
The breakfast the next morning was 5 stars: abundant, genuine and full of small homemade delights.
A gesture that really struck us? When our little boy showed how much he liked their homemade kefir, the staff gave us a jar to take home.
A genuine and precious attention, like everything else.
The chef and the staff were wonderful, welcoming, helpful and passionate. You can feel the love in everything they do.
Thank you so much, Tiglio. We will return soon to this little corner of paradise.

Amici hanno prenotato questo Agriturismo e lo abbiamo trovato molto interessante. Menù fisso come al solito ma con prodotti, dall’antipasto al dolce, molto buoni, del territorio, porzioni abbondanti, bis se lo desideri, vini non eccezionali ma di buona beva. Alla fine la sorpresa del prezzo assolutamente irrisorio.
Bravi lo consiglieremo senz’altro

Cosa si cerca solitamente in un agriturismo ? Materie prime locali di qualità, maneggiate con il dovuto rispetto, nell'alveo delle tradizioni locali, con una componente umana amichevole e famigliare.
Ecco descritto in poche parole Il Tiglio. A quanto detto unite la generosità nelle porzioni (con la possibilità di fare bis ad ogni uscita), vini onesti, pane e grissini all'altezza del companatico.
Se questo non dovesse bastare, ci sono sempre ristoranti stellati sparsi ovunque. Dove gli insoddisfatti degli agriturismi potranno sempre trovare posto a sedere che non ho occupato. Perchè fin da piccolo ho imparato che con il cibo non si gioca...
