We booked via messeanger on their facebook page. To ensure we were good to go we sent another message asking for confirmation. They responded via Messanger our booking was confirmed. When we got there we were told there was no booking in our name and we should have telephoned. We do not speak Italian so were grateful they had an option for messenger. We showed them the booking. They said they were sorry. After a heated exchange over 5 minutes they finally found us a table for 6. The service was excellent but the main courses were luke warm and the 3 lamb dishes were very dry. Overall for friends and family over from the UK this was rather a disappointment.
