The Roman cuisine is of an acceptable standard. A very rustic restaurant, some details could be improved (for example, upon entering, finding the bathroom door wide open doesn't make a good impression). Service was prompt enough. The staff was available to accommodate customer requests.

Amazingly managed restaurant in Frascati, a true gem 💎. The food heals you, the “giving” nature of the staff heals you, professional yet warm and homely feel are in a perfect balance. Go there and feel for yourself.

22/03/2026: A classic Roman place serving home-style cuisine. Recommended because everything was very good and the pasta portions were generous (bombolotti). Reservations are recommended because the place isn't very large, but the service was quick and appreciated. We ordered supplì, bombolotti carbonara, a quarter of wine, water, and tiramisu. Prices were reasonable.
19/03/2026: Bar offering lunch service, Roman cuisine, and excellent Jewish-style artichokes. The waitresses work at breakneck speeds, but they always have a smile.
