Small restaurant in the heart of splendid Tuscania. Warm and professional welcome. Simple and well-executed dishes, without too many flights of fancy. The Owner/Chef is a passionate and competent person. Well done! We'll see you again soon.

Ottimo ristorante con cibo genuino e del territorio,accoglienza semplice e calorosa, abbiamo cenato al Terziere del Poggio tutte le sere durante il nostro soggiorno a Tuscania con l'obbiettivo di ritornare per l'autenticità della tradizione culinaria...

Trattoria in a magnificent spot in the historic center of Tuscania, with space for dining outside, excellent in the warmer periods of the year. The place is not very large internally, with very welcoming and helpful staff and truly exceptional cuisine. They cook various dishes based on wild boar and I must say, having tasted it, that they are really good. Very tender meat and well balanced in flavours. I also tried other dishes, including fettuccine with mushrooms and bacon, a culinary spectacle. I highly recommend it if you find yourself passing by to visit this splendid historical reality. I recommend booking in advance as there are not many places available internally.

08/06/2025: Sulla via Francigena una bella sorpresa: una pasticceria con dolci e salati buonissimi e uno spazio all'ombra dove riposare. Qualità molto alta.

Bar Casani - Tramezzineria Artigianale

14/06/2025: The tramezzini! A dedicated counter that is a place to dream, comparable to the "great" Roman tramezzinari and similar. Rustic place but with a nice outside and in the shade during aperitif time. The staff is friendly and attentive. A good vegetarian (and vegan) choice on the menu.
