Il Terebinto In Casperia

Oggi 26 dicembre 24 tornando a casa dalla vacanze natalizie cercavamo un ristorante nella zona Roma Nord e ho telefonato a questo ristorante che è stato gentilissimo a riceverci malgrado l'orario, era un po tardi. Appena entrati ci siamo trovati in trattoria di carattere familiare, spartana... ho pensato: 'speriamo che si mangi bene' Eravamo solo noi, in 4, il cameriere, Mauro, gentilissimo e molto ospitale ci ha dato delle direttive significative sul menù che sono state molto apprezzate. La pasta fatta in casa, carne e abbacchio del posto tutto squisito.... senza parlare dei broccoletti ripassati, una squisitezza. Nell'attesa delle salsicce, abbiamo assaggiato il loro olio locale sul pane casereccio cotto a legna, nn ci sono parole, infatti ne abbiamo comprato una tanica da 5 lt. Abbiamo parlato con il proprietario e il cameriere, persone molto semplici e sincere e con molta conoscenza del mestiere. Il proprietario ci ha raccontato di qc episodio negativo avvenuto, ma essendo una trattoria familiare può accadere qc distrazione e di conseguenza creare un malcontento. Forse siamo stati fortunati che eravamo soli noi e quindi abbiamo ricevuto tutte le attenzioni, ma una cosa è certa: il cibo è di buona qualità con prezzi giusti. Good place to eat. Well prepared quality food, varied and all tasty. The pizza sector is also taking off, with new staff who need to grow, but who are well on their way to doing their best. Very romantic place with outdoor tables among olive and oak trees. Prices average, maybe even below average. To return.

Cozy place where you eat very well

A place made in the image and likeness of the owner Cristiano, but let's go in order! Located along the main road, but sheltered from it, you immediately appreciate the large outdoor spaces, which are more enjoyable on a summer evening; the meadow under the centuries-old pines is beautiful. Traditional Sabina cuisine with four first courses, as many second courses as well as the choice of grilled meat and if desired there is also pizza, all good and appetizing at a price in line with the quality offered. But as mentioned, what makes the place special is the owner and manager. Cristiano puts all of himself into what he does, his commitment and his passion: you will recognize it when you see him darting between the tables at double the speed of his collaborators, who I assure you are neither slow nor listless, on the contrary!! (a hug in particular to Antonio and Marcella who have to support and endure him). Il Terebinto is Cristiano's home, enter with respect and courtesy, you will find a welcoming environment and you will be repaid in kind; you will most likely come out with one more friend. This is Cristiano's management policy: the meeting must be a mutual pleasure, for him who offers and for you who receives. If you enter his house with the idea that you are the paying customer that you always have reason to expect, you are in the wrong place. Once you enter the circle of his friendships, the fun begins!!!! Cristiano is genius and recklessness!!! (I imagine the faces of our friends when they read the definition). It's the irrepressible and unpredictable friendliness, it would take three reviews to tell half the anecdotes, the evenings (or rather, the nights) spent with him when all the customers have left, the annoyed expression he makes when, seeing us arrive , tells us that there is no room for us, but in reality he was waiting for us!

The restaurant is small. But it also has a place outside to eat and the garden too. We eat well. And the owner is a character. Prices are modest

We had lunch in this restaurant during the FAI Days. We ate very well. The owner was friendly and helpful as was the waiter who served us. The bathroom was very clean which is not to be taken for granted and as far as I'm concerned it's important to give an opinion. A place I recommend.

Very welcoming and green place. Excellent food in a family environment.
