Excellent food, fantastic hospitality, and super reasonable prices. The owner and staff are down-to-earth and truly friendly, which never hurts. If you want good, no-frills dining at a reasonable price, this is a must!

A very simple, welcoming place (perhaps a few paintings on the walls would be nice). Excellent, no-frills cuisine and excellent service. Very welcoming, even in spring/summer.

Excellent location in the Rieti Sabina area. Locally sourced food and family-style cooking. Excellent grilled meats and a wide variety of traditional local first courses. A place to visit and enjoy in the quiet of the Sabina hills.

Puro Pizza and Food

04/06/2026: Dinner with friends, a clean place with attention to detail, and a young, helpful, and professional staff. We ate several different types of meat recommended by the boss, all excellent. We'll definitely be back!

01/06/2026: We found it by chance, and it was a wonderful discovery, especially when we asked if they had gluten-free options. They brought us an excellent gluten-free pizza and a super-excellent gluten-free pizza. The service was impeccable, both professional and courteous. It's been difficult to find such polite and courteous staff in recent years. Congratulations!
