A very simple, welcoming place (perhaps a few paintings on the walls would be nice). Excellent, no-frills cuisine and excellent service. Very welcoming, even in spring/summer.

Excellent location in the Rieti Sabina area. Locally sourced food and family-style cooking. Excellent grilled meats and a wide variety of traditional local first courses. A place to visit and enjoy in the quiet of the Sabina hills.

31/01/2026: A wonderful discovery. It's like going back 40 years in time. The pizza is delicious, simple, and made with quality ingredients and a wood-fired oven. Value for money: 10/10. If you want to step back in time, this is the place. The atmosphere of an old-fashioned pizzeria where everything is still authentic. You have to wait in line if you're not lucky enough to find a seat right away, but it's 100% worth it.
19/12/2025: Excellent pizzeria in every way! The pizza is truly excellent: light and digestible dough, fresh, quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas, from classic to more specialty, all with attention to detail. The staff is friendly, fast, and always available, while the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. The quality-price ratio is more than fair. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
