A very simple, welcoming place (perhaps a few paintings on the walls would be nice). Excellent, no-frills cuisine and excellent service. Very welcoming, even in spring/summer.

Excellent location in the Rieti Sabina area. Locally sourced food and family-style cooking. Excellent grilled meats and a wide variety of traditional local first courses. A place to visit and enjoy in the quiet of the Sabina hills.

02/02/2026: Always a positive experience... The place is frequented and always packed, the service is always prompt, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The appetizer is superb, and the fried pizzas are top notch. I highly recommend it.
