More than a dinner: a real experience. We were welcomed by a truly family atmosphere and an environment where at first glance you can perceive that the customer is really important and not a number: tables spaced apart, a super clean and tidy environment. One of the few places we found where, wanting to have the tasting menu, we could choose what to eat without being limited by the "table"... the owners are courteous and calm, the environment is quiet and the dishes are truly exceptional! We will definitely be back 😀

Ristorante che vuole essere di élite, pochi tavoli ben distaccati e con OBBLIGO di prenotazione,Ambiente minimalista. Il servizio attento e preciso ma prima di sentirti del tutto a tuo agio si è arrivati al secondo.. Il menù anch’esso minimal con piatti che non mi hanno attirata subito: noi abbiamo fatto il menù degustazione e potevamo scegliere liberamente tra le varie portate, ci siamo ritrovati a prendere gli stessi piatti perché non c’era altro ad ispirarci (gusti nostri) ma di solito scambiamo volentieri per avere una panoramica più ambia. Qualità prodotti e impiattamento ineccepibile, con abbinamento vini per ogni portata, ma niente che ci abbia colpito così tanto da pensare di tornarci per un bis. Comunque il menù cambia in base alla stagionalità dei prodotti quindi potrebbe essere più sfizioso in altre occasioni.

We had dinner choosing two menus. The service was friendly and precise, living up to expectations. The furnishings are refined, the tables are few and there is the right space, the open kitchen. I didn't like the lighting, too dark and makes the environment gloomy. The quality of the raw materials is excellent, the presentation of the dishes is perfect and accurate, some dishes are truly very good, others less successful. Quantity above average for the type of restaurant. Overall good value for money.

We returned more than a year after the first time, which was a wonderful discovery.... It continues to surprise and delight the palate... we were pampered throughout the evening. Thanks to the owners who can be seen putting their heart and soul into every detail.

A definitely positive and surprising experience, that of dining at "il Tempo Sospeso". Contemporary but at the same time traditional cuisine, with strong and timeless flavors that manage to transport you and make you travel thanks to the excellent creation and interpretation, as well as the excellence of the chosen raw materials. An experience definitely worth reliving!
