There are few places like this in Livorno. An interesting menu with typical but different dishes at the same time. A very successful budget. Quality food, very correct service, and a modern and welcoming environment at the same time.

It is the second time we have come and it is always a guarantee, everything is excellent from the welcome to the service both for us and for our 4-legged friend. The only flaw, in my personal taste, in the cuttlefish gnuidi with cauliflower cream was that there was too much cabbage and not enough flavor of the cuttlefish, which in any case was excellent. Excellent cacciucco. Superlative sauce. Excellent gnudi to start with and first courses: finally my son found a seafood carbonara tasty and my husband found the pasta with tuna, turnip greens and black garlic

Excellent experience, very pleasant and welcoming environment and service. The quality of the food is good but a little expensive. We had an appetizer, a first course and a sorbet each, no wine and we spent between 50 and 60 euros each. Overall an experience to recommend.

Dopo aver mangiato al Tegolo ho rivissuto i video-recensione degli Chef dove si sente spesso dire: "...ha unito novità e tradizione". È quello che ho assaporato, piatti curati e preparati da una mano appassionata, personale gioviale ma cortese, tutto condito da un ambiente "trattolounge" con riverenza e quella " livornesità " che non guasta mai. Ancora vivissimi complimenti!

05/01/2025: Very nice place located in a small street in the historic center of Campiglia Marittima, inside there is a very familiar atmosphere, a small well-furnished internal room while in the alley there are some tables for the summer period. We ate a medium mixed cut of all good quality products, we also continued with black Angus carpaccio seasoned with good extra virgin olive oil accompanied with rocket and Grana, or with black Angus tartare accompanied with Burrata and shaved truffle. All washed down with a bottle of red wine recommended by the excellent and professional manager. To finish, the dessert could not be missing, a delicious ricotta mouse with various berries or with fig compote. In the restaurant, as well as tasting good products, you can feel the passion of the managers.

05/01/2025: Da fuori non sembra nemmeno un ristorante, ma appena entri vedi la gente mangiare con il volto soddisfatto, senti il profumo e capisci che sei nel posto giusto. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con grande empatia, niente menù (solo a voce) e niente prezzi, tra di me pensavo fossimo capitati in uno spenna turisti, ma alla fine i prezzi sono super onesti e per la qualità di ciò che abbiamo mangiato ci stanno alla grande. Baccalà alla livornese da incorniciare, stesso dicasi della pasta con il caciucco. È un ristorante semplice, dove tutto sembra ciò che non è, ma ne esci più che soddisfatto. Chi cucina ha un grande manico e chi sta in sala una grande gentilezza, gli ingredienti perfetti per il nostro pranzo a Livorno. Torneremo, grazie di cuore.
