Sunday family lunch. How wonderful to find dishes like snails and tagliatelle with duck ragù.

I've frequented this restaurant several times, just steps from my house. Frankly and honestly, I've had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the food was excellent overall, from fish to meat. The first courses, second courses, side dishes, wines, and beers were truly delicious. What has always struck me are the home-made dishes and how they're crafted and prepared. The tranquility they offer is priceless. This evening I had an exquisite cheese pizza and a delicious dessert. A beautiful woman with a wonderful smile served me. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Ristorante Pizzeria Taverna Covo dell'Artista. You are artists in the kitchen. Congratulations.

I went for lunch, the business menu costing €13. The first course was okay, the second course a little lackluster. The gentleman and lady serving us, in my opinion, lacked a bit of enthusiasm and a smile. Otherwise, not bad.
