The chef is an artist, the flavors and ingredients of the dishes are an unusual but successful combination, served in a contemporary way. The proposed white natural wine fits perfectly. The service is friendly and helpful, but I don't have Michelin expectations. Highly recommended, the chef's starter.

We had dinner in this restaurant encouraged by the small discount with thefork, and it was a surprise! Fresh and well-cooked fish in a colorful version... you can see that there is a young and enthusiastic staff behind it, including the nice and never intrusive waiter.

Ottimo posto, personale cortese e cibo buonissimo. Sono andato per cena prenotando online e mi sono sentito trattare benissimo e, nonostante il ragazzo fosse solo in sala, si è saputo adeguare e ha gestito la sala piena senza far mancare a nessuno dei presenti attenzioni di tutti i generi. La cucina è buonissima e tutto il cibo è fresco. Complimenti vivissimi.

30/11/2024: Spectacular! I haven't eaten so well in a lifetime. MasterChef food. Served by the elegance, preparation and friendliness of the owner Lorenzo. If you are in Florence it is best to travel a few kilometers and go and eat there. EVO olive oil ice cream, an appetizer of cured meats and cheese with the true flavors of Tuscany, a cut with lard and prize potatoes. All served in this location where you can breathe an air of authenticity and this applies to the owner and his collaborators. Thank you all. I leave Tuscany with the memory of the taste of tagliatelle, tiramisu with Tuscan bread and EVO ice cream in my mind
