I think choosing to eat at the same restaurant on two consecutive nights is significant. A friend from Milan came to visit and wanted to eat typical Roman food. Since I live downtown, I opted for a restaurant I wasn't familiar with, but had heard good things about, and we had such a great time that we decided to return the next night. The amatriciana was especially noteworthy. Perhaps the best either of us had ever had. It's truly worth trying once. The pasta is made and cooked to order, and we've never had such perfect guanciale. The appetizers were good, and although I'm not usually a fan of porchetta, on the second night I asked for it as a main course and not just as an appetizer. They make it themselves, and it's truly exceptional. The atmosphere is also excellent, and the owner makes you feel right at home. We absolutely recommend it.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere, the owner truly enjoys both good, hand-prepared food and making his customers feel welcome. They "EAT" abundant, carefully crafted flavors of the past. An excellent choice for a Velletrana dinner.

We went there on a Sunday for lunch... what can I say? Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the main courses. Quality food, homemade pasta. I highly recommend it.

Dinner and lunch during a karate competition at the Palabandinelli. We ate wonderfully. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, and the food was excellent. Thank you so much.

If you're passing through Velletri, this is an absolute must-see. Porchetta is the best I've ever had. Pasta is freshly made. Vegan and vegetarian options available. The chef is a guarantee. The owner is a true "host."

Last night we went to Osteria da Dino in Velletri and it was a truly positive experience. The food is delicious: the homemade fettuccine is truly delicious, and the appetizers—including the porchetta he makes—are exceptional. The atmosphere is convivial, and Dino is a wonderful person. Highly recommended!

06/05/2025: Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo luogo dopo una visita alla splendida città di Tivoli, il locale ci offre prodotti di qualità alta e cucinati in maniera eccellente, forse un’amatriciana mai mangiata così buona..
03/03/2025: Ieri abbiamo fatto il tradizionale pranzo itinerante tra cugini e questa volta abbiamo scelto questo agriturismo a pochi km da Tivoli con un menù fisso ad € 28.00 (bevande ed extra : esclusi) e stiamo stati benissimo. Antipasti con tagliere di salumi e formaggi, terrina di ceci e di trippa al sugo, polenta fritta con delle salse, due primi : tagliatelle fatta in casa con sugo di carne e ravioloni con ricotta, maialino al forno farcito e patate al forno, tutto di ottima qualità e di abbondante quantità. Servizio impeccabile e grande attenzione per un nostro cugino celiaco con piatti dedicati ed evidenza su quello che poteva prendere dalle portate comuni. Posto bellissimo con ampia vista sulla vallata e parcheggio interno. Non metto il massimo del punteggio, solo per il tempo di attesa per i primi ma a parziale giustificazione il locale era pienissimo.

19/01/2026: The restaurant presents itself as a trattoria with both indoor and outdoor service, which in winter creates considerable inconvenience since the door is almost constantly open to serve the outdoor tables. The menu is varied with a wide selection of fish-based dishes. Not all the food is fresh. The appetizers are carefully prepared and beautifully presented, but they are very expensive. The first courses are good, and as mentioned previously, some of the second courses are frozen and, in my opinion, lose their flavor. The desserts are good. Finally, the prices are not those of a trattoria, or rather, average. They are very high and not justified by the offer. I should add that people constantly come in asking for offers... which is unfortunate, of course, but it puts you in an uncomfortable situation.
30/12/2025: 🍽️ Food: The menu focuses on local seafood, with raw and cooked appetizers, seafood sautés, pasta with catch of the day, and signature dishes like turbo and spaghetti with octopus. Desserts (e.g., berry cheesecake or tiramisu) are often cited as a great way to end a meal.
