Excellent lunch. I recommend the pasta with anchovy butter, a taste of the anchovy meatballs, and, if you're up for it, the salami with sauce and mashed potatoes.
Price is reasonable (about €45 per person, including wine). The place may be a little cramped in the winter months.

I've been there many times, and it's a must to stop in at least once and enjoy it thoroughly. Superb wines and excellent service. You too can surpass them!

A well-known restaurant located in Ferrara's historic center, its cuisine is different from typical Ferrarese cuisine. It offers a very interesting menu with a revisited Sicilian twist, thanks to the chef's Sicilian roots.
They're very attentive to the quality of the food and the wines offered.
The unusual dessert selection is also interesting and noteworthy.
I recommend booking well in advance, although WhatsApp is also available.
The seating at the tables could be improved, especially those for two people, as there's not much space, and the acoustics could also be improved when the place is full.
Ultimately, this is a place worth promoting, trying, and even returning to.

Small but very welcoming and pleasant place, I was immediately greeted warmly by the staff. The service was good and prompt, and they were also very knowledgeable about the wine selection. As for the food, I was very satisfied, and the desserts were also very good. I recommend everyone to go there, and I will definitely be back.

While passing through Ferrara, we stopped at this roadside restaurant. It has a rustic yet elegant look. The service was very friendly and made excellent recommendations. We had delicious pumpkin tortelloni with ragù.
Definitely recommended.
