Great local spot (that's willing to put up with tourists!). No reservations, put our name in, waited about an hour (went to grab a drink nearby) and came back to an excellent meal. The restaurant was almost entirely locals, with a mob of folks waiting to be seated, while drinking, chatting, and being merry. Well worth it if you're willing to put up with the wait; clearly that's a wait for a reason :)

If you like good wine and quality food this is your place. There is no nonsense, everything is as it should be. At night it is filled with people drinking wine and it is super difficult to sit down. Nothing touristy and very chic. Lunch 20-40 dinner 40-60 per person.

One of the most nominated places in Rome with a success I would say deserved. Beautiful wine list, constantly evolving and with correct mark-ups, a menu that goes beyond the old adage "first and second starter" with intelligent choices that vary from cured meats to cheeses, trapizzini, salads and some comfort food dishes on the main menu and then a proposal of the day with rightly not extreme transformations, which are expressed mainly in the search for meat/vegetable combinations, fish/vegetables on the only cooked dishes which here are called racion, pleasant tapas for all tastes, honestly not too small in quantity in relation at their price, (apart from pork which was perhaps 30 grams), four first courses of simple construction with an eye also to tradition (the amatriciana was enjoyable) three second courses mainly grilled. All good quality. A special mention to Sara, who showed us attention that is rarely received even in much more pretentious places. All perfect? Obviously not. There is no perfection in this world. A lot of confusion (which multiplies in the evening), the fact that they don't let you book a table (we went for lunch), the inefficient air conditioning, one bathroom only for the number of people who usually frequent this place, the difficulty of parking are some of the negative features of this place. But the overall balance is absolutely positive.

Real restaurant and you can feel it. The menu is researched and worked on by the chef and offers original and good dishes. However, the prices are not exorbitant and even reasonable for the quality of the products. Go for it

Un aperitivo composto da noi (non hanno una loro formula predefinita), a tre passi da San Pietro. Trapizzino alla cacciatora divino, bruschettine di benvenuto rivedibili, buono il consiglio sul calice da abbinare. Al netto della posizione e della qualità, ho trovato il conto finale un briciolo caro.

Prima volta, ristorante molto particolare sembra a prima vista un po' sciatto. In realtà è voluto.
Piatti particolari, tutti molto buoni, direi squisiti .....almeno per quelli che ho preso io. Tagliolini ai carciofi, ne avrei mangiato due piatti. Un tagliere con tre tipi di patanegra, al costo di 22 euro, potrà sembrare tanto ma il patanegra c'era. Personale gentile e soprattutto ti spiega tutto ciò che vuoi sapere. Sempre pieno, bisogna prenotare con largo anticipo, anche perché non è molto grande.
Ci torno volentieri!
