We discovered the restaurant by chance and were immediately struck by its cuisine: modern Italian dishes, well-thought out, beautifully executed, and perfectly balanced.
I thoroughly enjoyed both the appetizers and the first courses, featuring homemade pasta. I had the opportunity to try excellent ravioli and the truly excellent rabbit pappardelle.
They also have a wide selection of wines, and the restaurant is spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with the option of seating on the terrace, inside, or at the counter.
The staff is professional and very attentive, with the perfect attitude to make guests feel at ease.
Without a doubt, a great find in the Prati area.

Went for a late lunch after our Vatican Museums excursion. We had to wait for ~10 minutes for a table, but it was worth the wait.
We had a small portion of the fava beans and a small portion of fish with roasted peppers and black garlic mayonnaise. For mains, we ordered the fettucine with artichokes and the oricchiette with broccoli. The appetizers were the highlight for me, followed by the pasta. The dessert (cannoli and sorpassino) were not the best items we tried, but still quite good.

We went to Sorpasso and the experience was excellent. The atmosphere is modern yet welcoming, with that authentic Italian touch that makes it special without being pretentious.
The food surprised us immensely. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the flavors were very well balanced. We also ordered the carpaccio, which was spectacular—a top-quality product. You can tell they take great care with their ingredients.
The service was attentive and friendly at all times, recommending dishes and wines with excellent judgment. Furthermore, we found the value for money to be very good for the area.
Without a doubt, a highly recommended place that we would gladly return to.

A great place for aperitifs, the waiter was very friendly and they have an extensive wine list. The appetizers were delicious; we tried the burrata and the prosciutto platter. The atmosphere is very cool.

Hello, we went twice (lunch and dinner). The day we went for lunch was great, especially the dark-haired waitress who speaks Spanish. The food was delicious, the eggplant parmesan was a 10/10, the pasta romana was amazing, and the cheese board was very good, offering a wide variety to try. However, we're giving the service three stars because the day we went for dinner was a Wednesday, which is usually when they go out for dinner or drinks, and it was full of Italians. They didn't give us a table; they served them before us, and the waitress (with white hair) was rude and unpleasant. It's a shame because the food is very good.

Very nice place, always busy (I recommend booking for dinner), a bit chaotic.
Excellent quality food, we loved everything (the only downside was the cod).
I highly recommend the pizza and foie gras and the radicchio trio.
