For those who like meat and a good restaurant to taste different types of meat, I ate the Florentine steak, medium cooked, very soft and good.

Amazing meat and sides but a very loud atmosphere ( maybe better in the middle of the week and not a Friday) and also not super cozy.

Capitiamo spesso in questo ristorante ed è sempre un’ottima conferma! La qualità della materia prima è alla base della filosofia di questo ristorante. Antipasti, primi e secondi da gustare con un'ampia selezione di vini del territorio oltre agli ottimi dessert di loro produzione ne fanno il luogo ideale soprattutto per gli amanti della carne alla griglia o cotta nel forno a legna. L’ultima volta abbiamo ordinato una fiorentina e il titolare, come sempre, ci ha mostrato il pezzo prima di prepararlo. E’ risultata tenerissima e cotta perfettamente. Ugualmente buone le patate arrosto con la buccia. Superlativa anche la loro tagliata. Locale curato e molto accogliente; personale attento e gentile. Esiste anche un’area esterna per l’estate. In alcune serate si può ascoltare buona musica. Un plauso al titolare che accoglie personalmente i clienti e ne segue il percorso della cena assicurandosi sempre che tutto vada bene e siano soddisfatti. Da alcuni mesi Sombrero Braceria offre anche un assortito menù di pizza gourmet. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, considerando le materie prime utilizzate. Consigliato !!!

Everything excellent! From hospitality to food. The entrée was absolutely unexpected and very welcome. The starter was very good as was the steak and the Florentine steak, quality meat! Nice and friendly staff. We will definitely return when we return to visit.
