Excellent service, welcoming location. I can't say anything else, I was passing through for a pizza and to leave immediately.

We came to see the castle and the attractions of Melfi. We found this place on the Internet. The interior is very nice, quiet and the service friendly. A large number of varieties of pizza.For the first time in Italy I saw pizza with pineapple, strawberries and kiwi on the menu. The pizza is delicious.

Midnight Sun is a very nice place in shabby style, the service is attentive and precise, everyone is very kind, attentive if a fork is missing or if the water has run out. The food was really good, I tried both the pizza and other dishes on the menu, always leaving the place very satisfied. The price is excellent.

Very particular location, with original furnishings: the boxes and baskets hanging like paintings are very nice. Courteous and welcoming service: the possibility of having lunch 'à la carte' and not with the fixed Sunday menu is particularly appreciated. The 'complete' starter options are very good, which I recommend sharing. The two first courses I tasted (trofie, mortadella, pistachio and caciocavallo and tagliatelle with truffle) had, however, a very weak flavor and honestly didn't convince me. Ultimately a pleasant place to return to to delve deeper into its philosophy.

Food excellent - simple, but flavours terrific. We were there 2 nights and consistenrly good. Can"t coment on the pizzas as we didn"t have any. Friendly and helpful service. Family run.

24/11/2024: Eccezionale. Cucina sublime. Tonio, lo chef, è davvero un professionista ai fornelli (a Melfi è sicuramente, di gran lunga, il migliore). Ristorante idoneo per tutte le esigenze della famiglia, o serate con amici, o pranzi di lavoro. Prodotti ottimi e freschissimi (nulla di surgelato, neanche le cotolette per i ragazzi, come spesso ci capita altrove). La cortesia e gentilezza di Manola, tra l'altro, sono esemplari. Sono anni che frequento questo locale, con la famiglia, amici o per affari, e non ha mai deluso, anzi con gli anni migliora di continuo. Rapporto qualità - prezzo decisamente ottimo. Favoloso. Da consigliare assolutamente.
