Simposio is an excellent venue in Piazza Dante Alighieri. A bar that's especially popular with a younger crowd. The food, snacks, and pastries are all fantastic. The owner and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. After an 18-year absence, this bar feels like home again. Thank you!

02/11/2025: The pizza is very good and the staff is very kind, apart from the owner who should definitely be kinder to the staff who work there.

15/02/2026: On Sunday 15th February, after a snowshoe hike on Mount Etna, we stopped at a restaurant in Fornazzo. We ate very well. The restaurant was well-furnished and the quality of the food was truly excellent. I recommend the strozzapreti with mushrooms and the pistachio tortellini prepared by them. The chef deserves 4/5 stars for the quality. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and welcoming.
