Spectacular location, attentive and top-notch management. A graduation party at Simposio is synonymous with truly unique elegance, courtesy, and professionalism. Comfortable, air-conditioned spaces, delicious food, and exceptional wines and sparkling wines. The best in Rome. Ivano, the owner, is a truly sensitive person and a top-notch professional. 110 cum laude.

We had a few glasses of wine before dinner at this place and we loved the service and the products. The sommelier served us really well and gave us detailed explanations about the wines. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

Locale gradevolissimo, purtroppo con musica! Ma a che cosa serve la musica??? Se vado in un ristorante vado per parlare e mangiare, non per sentire musica... che diventa solo rumore fastidioso. A parte questo, servizio impeccabile, ho gustato con grande soddisfazione un risotto allo zafferano con sopra gamberi crudi. Prezzi un po' alti.

Una vera esperienza sensoriale che consiglio vivamente. Situato nel pieno centro di Roma,lasciatevi guidare nella scelta dei vini,una delle migliori cantine di Roma. Fidatevi dello chef per la selezione dei piatti,è famoso per i suoi abbinamenti e la Cura dei dettagli nei minimi particolari. L’accoglienza dei padroni di casa poi vi farà sentire da subito a vostro agio.

Good Without a doubt well frequented elegant environment. Crockery and refined dishes for courtesy dinners. A flaw? Wi-Fi is increasingly used today and is not widespread and does not compromise business meetings.

17/07/2025: We recently moved here and discovered this place out of necessity. We come here almost every day. The food is excellent, both the pizza and the other dishes. The selection is varied. I have a very positive review of the staff. They are very kind and helpful. They make you feel at home.
