We stopped for a quick lunch and were so impressed with the atmosphere, service and food. The place feels like a chic wine cellar with an amazing wine selection by the glass and bottle. The food was really delicious. We had the langoustine risotto and Roman pasta and the portions were well presented, a good size and absolutely delicious. The service was very friendly and could accommodate gluten free needs for bread and pasta. I would highly recommend this place and come back for sure!

One of my favorite restaurants in Rome for several reasons. First of all, in this restaurant you always find very fresh fish which is cooked and served in a fantastic way. The menu is very extensive and contains two gluten-free and lactose-free desserts. The wine list in the bar offers many interesting choices. Refined and well-attended environment.

Randomly stopped for a light lunch right as they were opening. Food and wine are fantastic ended up ordering more food and another glass of wine. Great staff as well!

Excellent restaurant in a beautiful area of ​​Rome a stone's throw from Castel Sant'Angelo. Very pleasant and refined environment as well as the quality of the food with fresh and refined ingredients. Very attentive and professional service. Perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends.

A refined and welcoming place, located in one of the most beautiful squares in Rome. The restaurant presents itself as a place with high expectations, which are not always repaid by the dishes presented, which overall are nevertheless enjoyable. There are only a few side dishes, which accompany both meat and fish dishes. Not all champagnes are up to the task of the evening.

Ristorante enoteca, Il Simposio si trova a due passi dal Palazzaccio, come i romani chiamano da sempre la sede della Suprema Corte di Cassazione. Ambiente elegante ma non chic (e non è necessariamente un difetto) dominato, com’è naturale in una enoteca, dalla presenza di bottiglie e cassette di vini italiani e francesi. Ho cenato a base di pesce e devo dire che la materia prima utilizzata è tra le migliori che io abbia mangiato a Roma, soprattutto la gigantesca ombrina al sale da oltre quindici porzioni cotta perfettamente. Una nota di merito va anche agli spaghetti alle vongole, un classico che non sempre però è all’altezza della tradizione. Carta dei vini naturalmente molto ampia e servizio puntuale e professionale.
