A sophisticated restaurant with excellent cuisine based on fresh seafood. The wine list is rather bland and sparse, not particularly refined, and the prices are too high. The service, however, while undoubtedly courteous and friendly, leaves much to be desired due to the constant and incessant sales pressure aimed at always selling you more than you need or offering you wines you don't need; and you notice it on the bill at the end.

The drinks are very good and the service is very friendly. What's really annoying, though, is that the gentleman at reception has his mobile phone on full volume for personal matters – what would it be like if every guest behaved like that?

I went again to dine at Il Simposio. The food was sensational as was the amazing wine (Luce from Frescobaldi). I was looked after by the charming Katerina.

A very pleasant surprise! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, as the atmosphere looked inviting from the outside, and we weren't disappointed. The place is cozy, the tables are spacious, with a great selection of fresh fish and, most importantly, a head waiter who knows how to prepare it right in front of you. A nice wine list too, and a good little grappa to finish…

Spectacular location, attentive and top-notch management. A graduation party at Simposio is synonymous with truly unique elegance, courtesy, and professionalism. Comfortable, air-conditioned spaces, delicious food, and exceptional wines and sparkling wines. The best in Rome. Ivano, the owner, is a truly sensitive person and a top-notch professional. 110 cum laude.

02/01/2026: A good all around gelato shop. It’s very convenient, being near the Pantheon, and the flavors we tried (Madagascar Vanilla, Cream, Pistachio and Coffee) were all very good and tasted high quality. The service was quick, and the man at the counter was very kind. Nothing incredible, but worth a stop in, especially for the unique flavors.

06/05/2025: Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo luogo dopo una visita alla splendida città di Tivoli, il locale ci offre prodotti di qualità alta e cucinati in maniera eccellente, forse un’amatriciana mai mangiata così buona..
03/03/2025: Ieri abbiamo fatto il tradizionale pranzo itinerante tra cugini e questa volta abbiamo scelto questo agriturismo a pochi km da Tivoli con un menù fisso ad € 28.00 (bevande ed extra : esclusi) e stiamo stati benissimo. Antipasti con tagliere di salumi e formaggi, terrina di ceci e di trippa al sugo, polenta fritta con delle salse, due primi : tagliatelle fatta in casa con sugo di carne e ravioloni con ricotta, maialino al forno farcito e patate al forno, tutto di ottima qualità e di abbondante quantità. Servizio impeccabile e grande attenzione per un nostro cugino celiaco con piatti dedicati ed evidenza su quello che poteva prendere dalle portate comuni. Posto bellissimo con ampia vista sulla vallata e parcheggio interno. Non metto il massimo del punteggio, solo per il tempo di attesa per i primi ma a parziale giustificazione il locale era pienissimo.
