We have been in Rome for 6 days and eaten at Al Simeto tonight, the food was delicious the pizza was the best we have had during our stay, wish we had found this place earlier, we were staying just around the corner, would definitely recommend.

Nice place, the atmosphere is very familiar and makes you feel at home. As for the food, it's good but something needs to be improved (I'm based on what we got). Perhaps the sore point is the price, a little too expensive compared to what we bought. I rate 4 stars. Advised

Traditional cuisine without particular customizations. Went to lunch with colleagues. Times a little long but perhaps due to the crowding of the place.

locale datato ma pulito e decoroso, personale cordiale. Sufficiente la cucina con primi comunque abbondanti ma con secondi piatti un po’ risicati. Scarsità di parcheggi (ma quello in quasi tutta Roma…) A mio avviso comunque sufficiente.

26/03/2025: Very nice place, visited by chance during a trip to Rome. The food is good and genuine, quality ingredients are definitely used. The portions are not very abundant and the service was a bit rushed even though the place was not particularly full. Average prices.

17/04/2025: A small family owned restaurant with truly authentic Roman cuisine. A real gem. We had Amatriciana pasta, fried artichoke, and Saltimbocca alla Romana. These were true culinary masterpieces. Simple food ,prepared in an authentic way! The tastes and textures blended to perfection. Absolutely recommend!
07/04/2025: Excellent family dinner. Friendly and attentive service. True Roman cuisine with authentic and sincerely familiar flavours. Moderate prices.
