We arrived late at night when we discovered the location and I guess they didn't have all the products but even so the ice cream was plentiful. Multiple types of ice cream that delight you so it's harder to choose between them and outside you have a small terrace where you can stop to catch your breath and finish your ice cream. They also have a small sink where you can wash your hands after finishing the ice cream.

The ice cream was excellent as always, nothing to complain about. It's a shame I can't say the same for the blonde sales assistant, who was rude and lacked "taste" with her impolite answers. I'd advise her to change jobs and not have to deal with the public.

Excellent historic ice cream shop in a residential area but close to Viale della Libertà, prices are average for Palermo, waiting times are a bit long

Positives: Their product is definitely among the best gelatos in Palermo (in my sole discretion and taste, of course). Negatives: Their attitude, organization, and service are questionable, and the excessive lines at peak times are proof of this. The prices are sky-high, and I don't think they reflect the true value and/or cost of their gelato.

Bel posto, in pieno centro commerciale a Palermo, buono il gelato e il modo di interagire con la clientela. Il gelato non eccelle ma è davvero buono.
