Having met by chance thanks to the menu of the pizzeria next to this place, we enter to taste a tiramisu which turns out to be of a high standard, delicate and tasty, very good, one of the best I have ever eaten. Very kind guys. Approved 👍

I tasted the Strawberry and Amarena ice cream, which I would say was decent.
Apart from the ice cream, I only saw a few sweets. They could be enriched with other delights for the palate.

Excellent ice cream, nothing to complain about, perhaps one of the best in town. The flaw is the service. The clerks are unable to put the ice cream in the cone. It is clear that there is very little experience.

I hadn't been here for a while, yesterday I decided to let my girlfriend who comes from outside try this ice cream shop, what can I say, there are many excellent ice cream shops in Palermo, but at least for me, Signor di Carbognano is on another level.
I took Fior di latte and Cannolo. I haven't had ice cream this creamy in a while. There is no crystallization, the ice cream is not for chewing, it is literally a cream, and this shows how fresh it is.
Furthermore, having so many flavors while maintaining this quality is absolutely not easy, so congratulations. Mr. Carbognano, a guarantee.
The only flaw is perhaps the parking, unless you want to get in the second row you have to wander around a bit

Fino a Natale 2023 è stata la mia gelateria preferita a Palermo!
Brioche gelato e panna ricche, buoni i gusti, ottima la pasta della brioche all' arancia al costo di €3.50.
Ieri torno dopo 3 mesetti e il prezzo è lievitato a €4.50!!!!!
0.50 cs in più se vuoi la panna
0.50 cs in più se vuoi la brioche all'arancia
Inoltre il prezzo è lievitato MA la quantità di gelato nella brioche è diminuita!!!
Mi spiace non ci siamo!!!
Con tutte le gelaterie che ci stanno a Palermo, x es. la vicina "Amuni'" avete perso una cliente!!!
