Ne vous laissez pas tenter par l’ambiance. 2 spritzs et 3 tapas 27€. A fuir. Grosse arnaque au niveau des prix car rien n’est affiché.

On passe devant une petite vitrine pleine de cicchetti, après 2 heures de promenade dans des ruelles perdues, pleines de charme et d'authenticité loin de la Venise touristique que nous avons fuit après 2 jours de palais des Doges, Café Florian et gondoles. Nous entrons, un patron nous salue tout en préparant ses miniatures avec de vrais produits locaux dont la fraicheur ne fait aucun doute; il nous dit "4€ il cicchetto", on en choisit ma fille, une de ses amies, mon épouse et moi-même des trés variés, pour goûter: Sardines couvertes d'oignon confit, Chorizo avec buffala et aubergines grillées, jambon piémontais sur épinards et fromage, mortadelle avec mozzarella et poivron, et bien d'autres,que du régal des yeux; on s'assoit, et là, miracle, en route pour l'aventure. Le boss, genre "Vieux mafieux italien new yorkais" nous balance du Merengue (salsa dominicaine) à donf dans le bistroquet; on se lève et on danse comme des fous, sous le regard complice des ducs et marquises du carnaval qui passent dans cette ruelle. Les Cicchetti arrivent tièdes, des pressions italiennes en accompagnement et là, c'est le voyage assuré, délicieux, inattendus, un vrai plaisir authentique dans une Venise devenue malgré elle trop touristique. Enfin, la vraie vie!!! Addition pour 12 cicchetti, 4 boissons et 4 cafés, 65€ pour 4 personnes, inégalable à Venise!!! A découvrir absolument!

An authentic experience. Great coffee, local wine and amazing cicchetti. The atmosphere in the entire place was tense. And everything is supervised by a friendly owner who hums and sings constantly. We recommend it.

Very tasty food. Bread with meat and different vegetables was delicious. Perfect Coffee 😋 ☕ really really good. I can recommend to try hot chocolate 🍫, looks like chocolate and tastes like chocolate. The best choice. Just try and you'll understand.

17/04/2025: Because this is part of my hotel and it was raining quite hard, I decided to stop in for dinner. I got the special price fixe menu because there were certain local specialties I wanted to try and they were only on this menu. Everything was basically tasteless, and overly greasy or very dry. The food and the service were below average and the house wine was terrible. I’m in Italy and had bad Italian food and wine. Unreal. The hotel told me that there was a discount for people staying at the hotel which I asked about before ordering - but found out upon paying that it’s not for that menu, and apparently not on wine. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return myself.
01/04/2025: Il locale si trova a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto, in una zona tranquilla. La prima impressione è stata positiva, il personale mi ha fatto subito accomodare e mi hanno portato il menù e la carta dei vini. Volendo provare la cucina tipica veneziana, ho ordinato il menù da 25 € (antipasto, primo, secondo e contorno). Avendo prenotato tramite TheFork, il cameriere mi ha fatto presente che tale menù non era incluso nella scontistica, cosa che ho molto apprezzato in quanto, a mio avviso, denota professionalità e chiarezza. Antipasto e primo molto buoni, leggermente insapori le seppie alla veneziana. Piatti ben presentati e porzioni giuste. Servizio veloce, forse anche troppo. Nel complesso è un locale che consiglio. Si mangia bene e i prezzi, considerando che siamo a Venezia sono ragionevoli. Sicuramente tornerò in occasioni di future visite a Venezia

18/09/2024: Nice service, but they clear up pretty quickly without asking. My son had his plate pulled out from under his nose. Our starter was on the plate and he then put olive oil on it and the waiter simply took the plate away and brought a new one, which of course was collected. We didn't order a separate dish for him and therefore didn't need an extra plate. My spaghetti vangole was good but a bit sandy, so the mussels were probably not cleaned enough. Everything came very quickly.
20/08/2024: Fast, even without a reservation, prices are ok, and the food is great, whether it's pasta, pizza or fish. And not just once, recurring quality. Approximately 8x the size of the Sporting. Great service. Edit: 1 year later still consistently good service, good pizza and the fish platter was also flawless. Also pizza and co. to go. Including one free drink per pizza from Monday to Friday.
