Lunch with friends on the eve of Ferragosto (August 15th). The place was packed, but the waiters were always present.
We ordered several appetizers, including potato and mushroom tart, beef carpaccio, sautéed potatoes with onion, French fries and cardoncelli mushrooms, grilled caciocavallo cheese, and caciocapra with porcini mushrooms. Tagliatelle with mushrooms was the first course, and we finished with tiramisu served in a cappuccino cup and maritozzi with tiramisu. Considering the time of year and the number of people present, the experience was positive. Many tables were eating pan pizza, which looked good, but we didn't try it.

Over the years, its appearance and menu have evolved. Pizza remains the signature specialty. I preferred the restaurant, with its more traditional and distinctive cuisine. The service is always excellent, courteous, and professional.

I've been frequenting this pizzeria for years, and every time is a confirmation: yesterday I enjoyed a truly excellent pizza, with a light, well-leavened dough. It's one of those pizzas you never get tired of and that makes even a simple evening special.
The service also deserves praise: the waiters (Giovanni and Francesco, who served us) are always kind, helpful, and smiling—qualities that make all the difference and make you feel at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted professionally by Raffaele, who proved attentive and competent, immediately giving us the impression of being in good hands.

A family dinner, where the welcome was excellent, gracious, and welcoming. We trusted the serving staff with what to order (if we had chosen ourselves, we would have gotten the portions too large). They gave us such good advice that there was no food waste, and to be honest, everything was perfect, both in quantity and quality. The pizza is truly delicious, leavened for 96 hours. My compliments, truly. For 12 people, beer at €0.40 each, three medium-sized pizzas, six appetizer plates (potatoes and mushrooms, meatballs of various flavors), and sweet and sour coffee for only €190. Not too much, not too little...

Un'attività che rende omaggio ai sapori della mia terra. Una cucina attenda e seduta alle tradizioni con un tocco di modernità. Un locale dove il menù fisso è stato rigorosamente bannato e si dà la possibilità al cliente di scegliere cosa mangiare. Consigli su ciò che potresti assaggiare e suggerimenti sul vino da abbinare. Torno sempre volentieri a mangiare qui e devo dire che ogni volta è sempre confermata la qualità, oltre al servizio e la varietà, dei loro prodotti. Stavolta abbiamo preso Polpette Storia e Gusto strepitose. Servite su un letto di crema di patate in vari gusti: da quella con Riso alla 'nduja di Spilinga e fonduta di Caciocavallo a quella Baccalà e patate con crema di capperi e
acciughe per non parlare della Mista carne e melanzane con grana grattugiato che riporta ad antichi sapori. E poi la sempre gustosa pizza al metro (abbiamo optato per tre gusti uno meglio dell’altro). Pizza con un impasto leggerissimo e con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Qualità confermata!
