Very welcoming structure, spacious rooms equipped with all comforts, the restaurant is very efficient, the products are of the highest quality and above all they are typical local products, the potatoes from the area are a pleasure, all strictly zero kilometer. Everything excellent. The breakfast was super, the cappuccino was excellent, the croissants were excellent and the white chocolate crepe was a wonderful surprise for a super breakfast. The staff was very kind and very helpful with all our needs. My son Nathan was super happy with this stay, he also received many gifts. Absolutely recommended 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Ogni volta al semaforo è sempre un'esperienza bellissima, sono stato ospite insieme a mia moglie per 3 giorni, che dire se non il meglio per tutti loro, un posto dove incontri educazione e gentilezza, sorrisi e disponibilità da tutto lo staff. Iniziamo dalla colazione, dove ho voluto assaggiare quella salata, tutto preparato al momento, le uova con bacon le ho apprezzato molto, un po' meno le brioche e i croissant che erano freddi, ma buono l'impasto. I primi ottimi, i duetti li consiglio tantissimo, il caciocavallo piastrato con i funghi è una chicca da assaggiare sempre, ma anche le polpette dell'antipasto sono una novità deliziosa per il palato. Per i secondi ho apprezzato molto il tris di carni al plateaux, l'agnello cucinato in modo impeccabile, tant'è che ho chiesto se era davvero agnello 😅 Arriviamo alla pizza, beh io la adoro, poi questa del semaforo in particolare, con le sue 96h ore di lievitazione e l'impasto con il lievito madre, immaginate che delizia! Vi consiglio di andare a trascorrere un giorno al Semaforo, non v'è né pentirete!!

Siamo tornati a pranzo di domenica con amici dopo alcuni anni, aspettative confermate: qualità, cortesia, e servizio celere nonostante il locale affollato. Si può anche pernottare ed è un ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere le varie località della Sila.
