We ate very well WITHOUT GLUTEN. The bruschettas, fried foods and desserts are excellent. We will certainly return in the future!

It's a wonderful, joyful, delicious experience that you will have just in this place!! They are creative experts.. the owner hosts you with heart, and you really feel that being super welcome.. everything is so tempting and full of tastes! They have various exciting options for vegans and vegetarians as well, I was so satisfied with those personally :)) Don't forget the local liquors they are absolutely exceptional! Good pizza (a little expensive) but I prefer to have my classic round and not a quarter, the other quarters might not have the same preferences/tastes as me; friendly environment like the owner. Good but only for once.

There's a super adorable staff who's very cheerful and friendly, and speaks great English I got the spicy one, this pizza's texture is very different from the Neapolitan style. It's thick and the dough is oily, strongly crispy at the bottom. With the onion flavour, it bears a very strong resemblance to spring onion pancake in china/Taiwan. The heat on this was proper. Good balance between the ingredients, with the umami from the sausage and the sharp sourness of the tomato sauce, creaminess from the burrata as well as the sweetness from the onions. It's too heavy for me cos of the oily dough but it's worth a try if you're in the area. Huge portion too, difficult to finish even a quarter (which is what they suggest you order when you're alone)

A different tavern from the classic ones. First of all, a complete menu dedicated exclusively to celiacs with a completely separate laboratory. The fried foods are excellent and "clean", the proposal of modular pizza in slices is innovative, as is the beer served in a carafe and the mocha with tiramisu inside. Congratulations to Fabio, always attentive and present, and to his staff.

If you love good pizza there is nothing better... this is the right place! Truly excellent quality, first-rate ingredients, cleanliness and courtesy are the right elements to spend an unforgettable evening in a characteristic and welcoming place. Fabio, the owner, is affable and surrounded by young staff, available and quick to listen to your requests. The highlight is the soft pizza base but as an alternative you can ask for the thinner and crunchier base, and they remain digestible in the stomach...all washed down with excellent quality draft beer and the price is definitely within everyone's reach, even the guys... well, if you try it, you'll never leave it again!

At Fabio's, pizza becomes poetry for the palate in this charming and welcoming place. Varied and original seasoning formulas on a soft and wonderful 24h leavened dough alongside the other goodness of the classic margherita: tradition and innovation and where even gluten free finds space and joins in a perfect formula with Secchio and Olivaro. Qualified and fast staff, pleasant environment enrich the pleasure of the evening... Congratulations! We will never leave you again!

For me it has always been a certainty, delicious pizza, excellent bruschetta and, finally, excellent desserts

The added value of the place is the very nice "industrial" style, the negative value is the decidedly increased prices after the "covid" and the decline in the quality, in my opinion, (and quantity) of the pizzas. I returned after 5 years and for €16 I had a pseudo "half pan" which was roughly equivalent to a normal round pizza, and in my case the dough was stringy soft in contrast with a base as hard as clay which we were in for a treat. Thank God the charm of the capital and the good past of the place will certainly make it a good income given that in my opinion the clientele of the capital has a very low bar and they would only have to dine out. even "a child on the rotisserie" (obviously it's a metaphorical hyperbole. N.B. the tables are microscopic and uncomfortable so if you order a "baking tray" all the other things on the table will fall to the floor). inexorably. Good but not good.

Ottima la pizza. Bisogna fare attenzione alle quantità...ho trovato molto alto il prezzo ma la qualità si paga. Tornerò.
