A pizza unlike any other. Crispy, light and full of quality toppings. The supplì with ragù are incredibly good and the service is excellent. Not your average pizzeria, in a good way. Definitely worth a try.

Pleasant evening, the owner was really professional and kind, he explained many things about the menu and the preparations, furthermore the craft beer is from a producer from Trentino, the place was clean and welcoming, rustic but tidy, fast service and he asked us if we had intolerances or allergies or if we were vegan... before ordering and that he would also recommend alternatives.

We have been customers for years now and it is always a guarantee. Very clean place and separate and certified gluten-free kitchen. Excellent staff, fried food and bruschetta. I can't understand the reviews for the high prices, they have always had the formula of quarters but 1/4 is exactly equivalent (if not more) to a normal pizza and complaining about a margherita for €8 seems really pointless, or it's people who aren't used to eating in the center of Rome or maybe they don't know the management prices of these businesses. Highly recommended, good guys

Cozy atmosphere, quick and friendly service and excellent food is an understatement. I've been eating "Il Secchio e l'Olivaro" pizza since I was born, you could say, and I grew up very well. I highly recommend!

A guarantee, it is our favorite pizzeria every time we are in the area. Exposed wood-fired oven (I think it's one of the few left in Rome), gluten-free cuisine and delicious homemade fried foods. I honestly don't understand the reviews that complain about the prices, we've been customers for years and the formula is always the same: 1/4 of their pizza is equivalent to a whole pizza from other places given that it weighs about half a kilo, it's a shame that many haven't understood this yet. Honestly, paying €8 for a margherita in Rome and with the disproportionate increase in flour I don't find it a theft at all, on the contrary...

Ho cenato in questo locale perché ero curioso di provare la loro pizza "particolare".
La pizza viene cotta in forno a legna ed è alta e morbida, è abbastanza pesante da mangiare infatti la porzione consigliata per una persona è 1/4 di pizza. Ottimi i fritti, prezzo oltre la media, ma sicuramente da provare.

La settimana scorsa sono stata in questa pizzeria ottima, la migliore di tutta Roma a mio parare, bruschette e fritti veramente al top, personale molto accogliere per non parlare della gentilezza e dalla simpatia del proprietario, una persona eccezionale. Il punto forte di questo locale è la pizza cotta nel forno a legna condita con ingredienti di prima qualità. La consiglio a tutti coloro che voglio passare una serata in ottima compagnia.
