This evening too we stopped to eat a good pizza at IL RUSTICO. We recently moved and found this pizzeria, and it has become our go-to place. Few seats, specialized on appearance and delivery, but since we are not right around the corner we prefer to sit and eat by oven light! The owner is a very calm and kind person, the staff is made up of young and very courteous guys, this makes this place very fresh. The pizzas are very good but what we appreciate is the variety of the special pizzas. I find that there is a lot of imagination, different combinations than usual....not the usual banal "crazes". Confirmed by what the owner told me, that is, one of the "occasional" pizzas, the pizza of the month, born for fun has become a pizza at La Carta. Well done, have fun! I recommend it, we will definitely be back!

I went last night, therefore on 17/01/2025 for 2 pizzas and a portion of french fries, I asked the girl for my stomach problem if there were peels or seeds in the sauce (if only a few I tolerate them very well) and I was told that there were no peels and there could be a little seeds, but not in quantity. I'll start with the fact that the pizza was delicious, well cooked and everything and since the delivery girl said let me know if you had any problems with the sauce (I'd say she's the first to ask me), I'd say well what better way than to say it with a positive review? Many thanks again and see you soon and a special thanks goes to the very kind girl who took the order

Small pizzeria with a few tables. Lots of choice and friendly, informal service. Prices a little high.

I often stop when returning from a long day at work. There are few tables, but I usually take away... Everyone is kind. They have pizzas for all tastes. They are quick to produce them and I must say that, although I am not particularly fond of pizza, I eat it very willingly here. A big leap from what I had seen with previous managements. Well done.

21/03/2025: When we happen to be in Pinerolo we always happily take a lunch break at Eatitaly. The food is good (a bit expensive in fact) and the location is nice. Today, however, two strange things happened: the first is that in the salad ordered by my wife, mixed with the valerian and the mixed salad, there was also a paper ball the size, to give an idea, of a paper tissue (hopefully not used). Unfortunately we only noticed it at the end. We reported the matter to the staff behind the counter (where we were sitting) who expressed an apology that was, to say the least, not even remotely heartfelt! The second strange thing is that when it came to paying, and it was not our intention to not pay for the dish ordered, not even two words of displeasure or, I don't know, two coffees offered. It's not about money but I think that a little courtesy and kindness towards customers is never out of place ..... but maybe it's enough that they only bring the money and a lot of it. Disappointment!
18/03/2025: Organized an evening with friends, unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service, due to the long wait, 35 minutes passed before we could order and then we waited about an hour to start eating... after finishing the tagliata with potatoes the bread arrived. My friend, after eating bruschetta, had to ask why after an hour and a half his tagliata had not arrived yet! As for the food, the tagliata was really small for the price paid (more than €20) and hard, while the pizza was normal. However, I was impressed by the customer service who contacted me to apologize for what happened and offer me a discount. We went back and tried the appetizers, the first course was again the tagliata which this time was very good. Congratulations
