A very pleasant evening with traditional Ligurian dishes and friendly staff: Il Rustichello is located on the first hills of Sanremo, among the alleyways of the famous Poggio climb, the final stretch of the "Milan-Sanremo" cycling race. 🏘️🌅🍃

The restaurant is difficult to access as it's outside Sanremo and a 10-minute drive away. The dining room is lovely with a view and the service by the lady is pleasant, but the dishes and cuisine are expensive and, in our opinion, don't live up to the reviews and ratings…

The food is excellent, from the starters to the desserts, with quality ingredients and anything but ordinary, making it worth a visit. Compliments also to those who looked after us at the table.

Creo que esta comida fue lo más destacado de todo nuestro viaje. Joanna es extremadamente acogedora. Las vistas son espectaculares. Nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en casa. ¡Y la comida estaba estupenda! Pasta casera y una buena selección de vinos. Los precios son razonables. Y Joanna nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi de regreso al centro de la ciudad. Este restaurante está a sólo cinco minutos del centro y merece totalmente la pena. ¡Muchas gracias!
