Really excellent lunch. Taking advantage of the beautiful day we had lunch in the garden. As soon as we arrived we were served a delicious bruschetta with cured meats, while the waiter served us some bruschetta bread with sausage and while he was serving it to all the guests, another waiter served us a portion of roasted bacon, another waiter gave us brought a sweet and sour salad, in short the whole lunch went like this. I found the whole service very harmonious and relaxed. Exceptional food, white lasagne, pappardelle with wild boar, excellent wild boar stew, lamb stew both served in small pans, baked potatoes and mixed salad with fruit. Trio of homemade desserts. Right portions, delicious house wine. The cost seemed appropriate for the quality of the food and quantity Congratulations for everything. 40 euros each, worth it all.

Spacious room, friendly and well-organised staff. Chairs upstairs a little uncomfortable and lighting to be controlled (flickering spotlights). The formula is particular, there is a fixed menu for starters and desserts which are brought in rotation, then first and second courses are chosen from the proposals of the day. Ascoli fried food not among the best I've tasted. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù recommended as a main dish, a little disappointing (sauce loose and not very tasty), unlike the paccheri with mutton sauce. The meats are excellent. Curious that there is nowhere an indication of the prices (which in the end are still honest). Go there hungry because you will be satisfied!

Ruspante is a family environment where you are welcomed as if you were part of the family. It was my first time going, I'm not a customer yet I was treated like one. I was with my family. Even though my little son (14 months old) went back and forth around the place, putting the waiters' balance to the test, no one got impatient, quite the contrary (grandfather) Gigi and the waiter at our table (his son?) they always had a nice word for me and him! We ate very well, plentiful, but just right. Typical local recipes that we loved so much! Even the little one appreciated the cremini and potatoes! Too bad I'm not from the area, but as soon as I'm back in the area, I'll be happy to go back!

If you want to have a feast of good, genuine food, this is the right place! The menu has a fixed price of around €40 which includes appetizers, first course, second course, side dishes and dessert (including drinks). The appetizer is served by default as soon as you sit at the table, after which you can choose a first and second course from those listed by the waitress. Side dishes and dessert arrive automatically. Dispassionate advice: arrive with an empty stomach because the courses are many and plentiful.

Fantastic evening. The waiters are affable and friendly. The food arrives in rivers and you leave more than full and having eaten some very good dishes that are not eaten everywhere. I recommend trying the gnocchi with mushrooms, the tagliatelle and the wild boar.
