Probably a bad evening but the waiters weren't up to par, but the location was still beautiful.

I put one star on the service because the staff is not qualified, has no respect for the customer, they don't know how to communicate with the customer, they are not in the profession. we arrived at 9.30pm and the waiter came at 10pm to take the order, 2 pizzas, 1 portion of skewers, 1 beer, and 1 glass of wine. the drinks arrived immediately, the meat was not very good, the pizza arrived at 11.10pm after the complaint, in all this time they never came to the table to ask if everything was ok if something was missing, when they brought me the pizza I asked for another beer, I they brought it when I finished eating I sent it back. Then they made me pay 2 euros cover charge for the little girl who didn't even have dinner or even sit at the table, but was in the stroller sleeping. The owner recognized the mistake and apologized more than once, this made me very happy, she made me pay a little less. the restaurant is very good for the food and the place, but the staff is all negative. to change...... Loses everything that is positive.

Fantastic place with a relaxing atmosphere, we ate an excellent seafood risotto practically by the pool accompanied by an equally excellent white wine. TOP service and courtesy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Congratulations 🍾

Top restaurant. We have always been going to dinner at Roccolo and have never been disappointed, neither by the food nor by the service. On Sunday for my son's communion they outdid themselves. The food was excellent, the guests all complimented it, and for dessert the cake they made was in no way inferior to that of a pastry shop. Keep it up you are the best

Wonderful location just outside the city. We ordered something only because we were in a hurry to get back to an important appointment and therefore we were not able to fully appreciate the menu offered. For what we got fast service and honest prices.

Per non smentire la tradizione di questo ottimo ristorante, devo dire che in questa giornata siamo stati fantasticamente bene. Personale di sala straordinario e carino, la cucina fantastica. Ciriole alla ternana ottime, tagliata tenera e gustosa. Tutto perfetto Grazie a tutto lo staff

Bellissima location, ben gestita , ottimo menù e buona lista dei vini. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo in un locale che sta in una collinetta che sovrasta la conca Ternana. Menù tradizionale con ottimi piatti locali, buona anche la pizza e servizio valido. Bravi ragazzi che dopo parecchi anni continuate a mantenere alto il livello del buon mangiare.
