I share the experience and point of view of many other users, absolutely satisfied with the service that this place offers. I have been there several times for different occasions and it has never left me dissatisfied.
Possibility to enjoy a good drink on the sofas and in the front attic, or sit at the table for a refined dinner in an environment with character.
Staff always available for any particular request, punctual and respectful service. Vegan option also possible, I love their tomato soup.
Good value for money, I definitely recommend trying it!
(P.s. for the managers: it might be an idea to make the bathroom brighter, especially in the anteroom, but these are niceties only for those who have to correct their make-up...)

Il Rituale was a surprise place for me: on the surface it seemed like a serious cocktail bar but, in addition to serving great drinks, I discovered that it has formidable, professional and refined cuisine. The dishes are truly impeccable, not too many options (just how I like it) but with great taste and excellent quality, almost unexpected. The welcome is simple and sincere, stylish furnishings, comfortable seats and impeccable service have accompanied me on several evenings where I have always left the locele super satisfied.
For me, going to the Ritual is a truly pleasant moment and I highly recommend it, thank you for how you work!

Questo posto è perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista, se si cerca un ambiente raffinato ma assolutamente informale, cibo strepitoso sapientemente lavorato partendo da ingredienti eccezionali e una cantina che può essere figlia solo di una passione straordinaria.
Il mio consiglio è: portateci chiunque. Partner, presenti o futuri, business partner, amici e amanti.
Ma non escludete di venire anche da soli per un'esperienza memorabile. E se siete in astinenza da relazioni sociali ... cominciate a parlare di vino con Daniele ;-)

Really very nice place, with soft lights and very very welcoming staff. I really enjoyed the kale chips and popcorn to accompany the appetizer, as well as the drink itself. Perhaps the only flaw lies in the aperitif: with the addition of a few more cocktails and some diversified finger food, it would be truly perfect. I will definitely be back anyway, great find! P.s. the bruschetta in the photo, very tasty, we took them separately, they were not included in the package.

Discovered by pure accident just over a year ago...it's now a permanent stop.
A couple of times a week we dine in this bistro with attention to the smallest details.
The guys are very nice, friendly, welcoming and very competent.
They have a truly excellent wine list.
The chef, also young, has a lot of inventiveness and comes up with dishes that would easily make the starred chefs envious.
They only use top-of-the-line products.
And as such, the price is obviously not that of an osteria/trattoria.
But compared to the very high quality of the food, the cellar and the overall service... it's much more than fair.
It goes without saying that we will return because now, in fact, it is a fixed stop: but I certainly can't help but highly recommend it!

scelgo di provare questo locale un pò fuori dalle zone del centro ma attratto dall'offerta di piatti e vini. in effetti di sera anche se in zona ci sono diversi locali non c'è movimento di persone, ma si parcheggia facilmente.
dico subito che accoglienza e servizio sono stati di una cortesia straordinaria, attenzione alle intolleranze e regimi alimentari, pochi piatti ma buoni e di qualità, ampia scelta di vini, ci è piaciuto farci consigliare. ambiente carino, accogliente, in linea con la scelta bistrot. in sintesi mi sono trovato bene, serata piacevole e ho mangiato bene. l'idea è più di un aperitivo rinforzato con possibilità di mangiare qualche buon piatto e chiacchierare intorno al tavolo. prezzo non economico ma equo per la qualità che offre.

I choose to try this place a little outside the central areas but attracted by the offer of dishes and wines. in fact, in the evening, even if there are several clubs in the area, there is no movement of people, but parking is easy.
I'll say straight away that the welcome and service were extraordinarily polite, attention to intolerances and dietary regimes, few dishes but good and of good quality, wide choice of wines, we enjoyed getting advice. nice, welcoming environment, in line with the bistro choice. in summary I had a good time, a pleasant evening and I ate well. the idea is more of a reinforced aperitif with the possibility of eating some good dishes and chatting around the table. not cheap but fair price for the quality it offers.
