We've been to this restaurant before, and I can only confirm the wonderful culinary experience. We ate wonderfully. The dishes showcase local ingredients, with a nod to contemporary cuisine, with remarkable sophistication and deliciousness. One small flaw was the service, which was a little late at opening, but they made up for it as they went along. Compliments to the chef and the restaurant manager, and kudos to them for their kindness and helpfulness. We'll definitely be back.

I had lunch at Rifugio d'Abruzzo last week, and it was a flawless experience. Both the staff in the dining room and the kitchen made the meal perfect. Excellent food and excellent service, congratulations to you!

To make our return from vacation less depressing, we decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant, and like St. Paul on the road to Damascus, we were stunned. The location is stunning, completely immersed in nature, and exudes a sense of peace and serenity. The dining room is meticulously designed, yet never cold or impersonal. The cuisine is excellent, with raw ingredients treated with respect, highlighted, yet never overpowered by "baroque" artifice. Attention to presentation is also key; in the end, appearance counts. But the service?!?! The service, guys, was truly superb. Mirko was perfect. Service was so professional, yet never cold or distant, I can barely remember him, and I've been to a few restaurants like that. So, if you want to learn the trade, don't waste your time; go to Mirko, watch him, and listen to him. This is how you should work.
