Un’esperienza davvero memorabile. Tutto è stato all’altezza delle aspettative, se non oltre: dall’eleganza della location, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, alla qualità eccellente della cucina. Abbiamo gustato piatti squisiti, in particolare un antipasto di crudi sorprendente per freschezza e raffinatezza, seguito da primi saporiti e armoniosamente equilibrati, che ci hanno conquistato al primo assaggio. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: uno staff premuroso, cordiale e sempre sorridente, capace di far sentire ogni ospite a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Annamaria, anima e cuore del ristorante: la sua presenza attenta e genuina è stata il vero valore aggiunto. Un luogo dove si mangia con gusto e si sta bene col cuore. Torneremo con grande piacere.

Osteria Piazza delle Erbe

30/08/2025: My partner and I dined at the Piazza delle Erbe restaurant in the historic center of Sezze. What can I say...a delightful surprise. We were greeted by the host as if we were at home, and he made us feel welcome right away. We ordered two first courses: fettuccine, strictly handmade, with an exceptional smoked buffalo mozzarella ragù, and ravioli with sheep's milk ricotta and spinach, topped with cherry tomatoes and a sprinkling of aged pecorino cheese—delicious. We finished with a sampling of typical local products, which are typically served as an appetizer: local prosciutto, pancetta, fried zucchini flowers, and many other delicacies. The cuisine is authentic and of excellent quality, rooted in the local area, respectful of the raw ingredients and seasonality. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back when we pass through this area. Highly recommended!!! See you next time!
