We were immediately greeted by the very friendly staff. The food was very inviting, but it was actually excellent and authentic. The place was clean and not chaotic. The prices were excellent, considering the variety of meat and fish dishes every day, all delicious and different. We came from Rome and went for lunch three days ago, and we had a great time. My husband and I highly recommend it.

A genuine place with authentic food, very welcoming. The food tasted very real and everything was very fresh. The girl who served us made an effort to understand us in English and provide us with the best service.

The self-service is very attentive and fresh. We tried a salad with apples, radicchio, and chopped almonds, which is unusual and not usually made so well in self-service restaurants. There's also a wide selection of fish salads, first courses, and so on. The only flaw is that there should be a trolley with shelves where everyone can put their tray down once they're finished eating. Many unoccupied tables had their trays on top, making it difficult to sit down with your own.

We had a truly wonderful evening at Il Ristoro Genuino (Via N. Fabrizi). The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting; you immediately feel welcome and can leave the everyday world behind.
We were truly impressed by the food. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. You can tell that the food is prepared with care and attention to detail. The homemade and traditional dishes, in particular, made a lasting impression.
The service was also attentive, friendly, and pleasantly personal—just as we like it.
Our conclusion: A place we've definitely added to our list for our next visit to Pescara. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. 🌟🍝

At 2 PM, while visiting Pescara without reservations, we happened upon this place, desperate...how lucky!! A self-service lunch/dinner you absolutely must try! Friendly service and delicious food.

Fantastic lunch break! The staff are super friendly and smiling, and you're literally left wondering what to choose from all the dishes... and they're all really, really delicious! It's a must-visit every time I pass through Pescara.

Fantastic, canteen-style, with what seemed like several homecooked dishes served by lovely and helpful ladies... even for tourists like us who do not speak Italian. No need to. Just point and smile!
Excellent food from standard pasta with tomato sauce and grated chees, to stuffed eggplant with baccala (cod), to beef stew and (best of all) seafood salad. Prices per substanial plate range from €6.40 to €10. House wine (red or white) to wash it all down? €2.50.
We're sure to come back ifever we return to Pescara. Big Smile!

Luckily, I only ordered a half portion of the risotto; it was delicious, but the portions are so generous they're enough for two.
The other dishes we chose or shared were also very good: veal cutlet, sea bream with potatoes and olives, and sautéed chicory.
A quaint place with very kind cooks.
