Il Ristoro della Pe' In Pisa

We ate at this restaurant during our day in Pisa. You could see the chef preparing incredible pasta practically in front of you while singing! We enjoyed it from start to finish, with a special mention for the octopus pasta and the pistachio panna cotta—a real treat. If we ever come back, we'll definitely be back! But be sure to make a reservation; there aren't many tables and they get booked up as soon as they open.

Best carbonara of my life!!! A VERY generous portion, at €12! The chef cooks right in front of us; she seems very cheerful and passionate about her work. I 100% RECOMMEND. The server isn't super friendly, but hey, the meal perfectly complements everything. I think you should book (we did it via Messenger, very quick response) because that lunchtime, several people were turned away.

Found that place while wandering Pisa. They were closed but kind enough to book a seat for me, trying to find a good place in their tiny restaurant. I had an excellent dish, freshly made and whose taste was delicate and strong. The service is great, you feel welcome !

A great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of central Pisa. Pasta prepared right in front of us at a more than reasonable price. A great place to come with the family and on a budget!

I recommend the small menu, fresh, top-quality ingredients, and delicious wine. Nothing more, nothing less!

The inside dining room is nice, the pizzas are okay but the Caesar salad is served maillonaise style with chicken crumbs.

A wonderful gastronomic experience at this restaurant. Delicious dishes blending Tuscan and Italian traditions, expertly prepared by Pè. Professional and prompt service. If you're passing through Pisa, sampling the delicious dishes at the legendary Pè is a must.

Da fuori non gli daresti 2 lire... pochissimi tavoli all interno che non sembra neanche un ristorante ma cibo veramente eccezionale. Qualita' TOP.. i migliori tagliolini al tartufo della mia vita.. tagliata con i carciofi sublime... bravissimi..!!

Veramente tappa imperdibile del mangiar bene, questo luogo è un vero angolo di paradiso. Fantastico a partire dal servizio gentilissimo e professionale di Petronilla (la Pe', appunto..) e Amissa, vedere Luca cucinare a vista è un vero spettacolo. Qui al Ristoro della Pe' potrete deliziarvi con piatti freschissimi sia di terra che di mare, sapientemente cucinati al momento e pronti a farvi impazzire di bontà le papille gustative (comprese quelle dei palati più esigenti). Gli antipasti sempre gustosissimi e fragranti (non perdetevi i crostini con salciccia cipolla o altri ingredienti freschissimi che variano in base alle stagioni), i primi veramente imperdibili e goduriosi (norcina con tartufo fresco, ragù, carbonara da urlo o altri piatti che variano in base alla disponibilità e freschezza degli ingredienti) fino agli abbondanti secondi a base di carne buonissima (vari tipi di tagliate da sogno con possibilità di scelta nel grado di cottura della carne), pesce, verdure, tutte veramente portate buonissime, con tanto (come se tutto questo non bastasse) dolci originali e da non perdere (ad esempio le panne cotte che variano nella guarnizione in base alla disponibilità dei vari ingredienti), il tutto accompagnato da una buona scelta di vini di qualità. Impossibile trovare quindi lati negativi. Cenare qui è in definitiva una delle esperienze più rilassanti e gustose da fare a Pisa: nel cuore del centro storico e a pochi passi dalle maggiori attrazioni che la città offre, il Ristoro della Pe' è uno fra qui ristoranti del cuore che valgono davvero il viaggio. Consiglio infine. di prenotare in largo anticipo dato che la filosofia del ristorante è quella di prendere un numero consono di clienti per farli stare veramente al meglio: dato l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo il ristorante è veramente ambito. In definitiva i più che meritati complimenti a Luca, a Amissa, alla Pe' e a tutto lo staff di questo piccolo paradiso non andranno sprecati. Bravi tutti, grazie mille, i più cari complimenti e...veramente da non perdere!
